Thanks Malc, it is the 3rd gen and since their introduction in 1967 have remain unchanged in design. They have purposefully been designed in that old skool retro fashion - I love it!

Take off the 430 and replace with a proper F. Like all F cars.. 💁 None of that F sport rubbish just an F.... For fun.
You mean just F? Not F430?
Is f the lexus equivalent of bmw m cars?

Also anyone who fancies having their car reviewed and would like to feature in it give me a shout.
Would be in a similar style to my review of the xj8 with Baz 🙂

Hello everyone,
As some of you may know I do some YouTube videos in my spare time.
I've got an 05 LS430 and want to make some content for my channel.
Is there anything in specific you want and ideas for cool videos?
Many thanks 🙂

Is there a particular fire extinguisher to keep in the boot?
I ask as I had one in my ML AMG years ago?
Many thanks 🙂

Initial p and Vlad at least your forced to put in quality fuel in. The loss in value of the car is250 is a good thing imo as only good quality fuel can go in as such a bargain is to be had!

Take a trip to Daytona Beach on a Sunday. Bouncing hydraulic suspension, pic ups with hot tubs in the back.
The height of vulgarity! 🤣🤣

Only ever put V-Power in the F, for no other reason than the previous owner doing it. I can afford it and don't use the car daily so I never really think about it.
Dabbled with all fuel types back in the day, but only ever noticed the difference once, where my old Honda destroyed a full tank of Tesco fuel in a matter of days. Never went back there lol!
Was that regular tesco or tesco momentum? I've found Texaco and BP doesn't yield good mpg when used in several different cars over the years. Always found shel to be the best fuel overall in terms of mpg

Thanks yeah taken on board will improve to make better thanks for feedback 👍

Yeah I needed to do the video bit closer so sound was better. Looking to get better mic. Video content was sound though.

Over the years their has been numerous debates not only on this forum but two of the Ford forums I've been on about Tesco Momentum. Yes it's been a couple years or so but the gist was keep off it. Why? Because at that time users of momentum their cars developed major fuel problems and major costs to repair. It was found that the fuel had water in it.
As for the use of supermarket cheap fuel. Balderdash to those who slate it. I've used it for the past 20 years in the petrol cars I've had and the diesel ones too. But I've always used an additive. Millers and there's been no issues whatsoever.
Mind you when E5 petrol becomes none existent then the 'super' fuels will be the only option unless an ethanol resistance additive is used with E10 petrol.
Momentum is from Tesco supermarket fuel though?! Would it be better to get the regular Tesco petrol and add an additive?

Thanks, yeah the rx450 looks the nice too. The cars for my relative. She likes the rav but I thought why not have a look at the rx? Once you've had a lexus I suppose toyota interiors just don't have the same finish

Ps I say these models years because the price is what you can get for each model
E10 Petrol in September Are you switching to V Power?
in Lexus General Discussions

With e10 petrol being rolled out across forecourt's this September many of us will have to switch over to super unleaded as ours cars are not compatible ith e10.
I think mine can be run on e10 according to the gov website. To be on the safe side I'm not risking it and just going to use V Power.
What about you, will you be using V Power?
