Well there's lots here Martin to cogitate on, firstly, doesn't the Relax programme cover your car without forking out for Essentials? Secondly, I bought Goodyear tyres for my XKR from Oponeo and had them fitted by my MOT chap for £5 a corner - huge saving. On my RX I used Halfords with promotional offer and Gold card discount. Costco also worth looking at. Tyre Pros offer a wheel alignment check foc as a starting point 😎

Same with me and I live some way away, not only that they do a super in/out valeting job. Reminds me to ask what they use on my rubber floor mats, they came last Tuesday looking like new 👍

Does the "fix" work both ways, ie if the price decreases do you get the lower one? The other interesting aspect is one of model year. If the car cannot be delivered until 2023 and therefore has a different spec apart from price what are the possible implications? With economies tanking around the world one may see a big slow down in sales. To compensate, typically a firm could lower prices or significantly enhance it's product offering, either way this will depress 2022 model values. We are hearing of workforce cuts of 10 - 15% from people like Tesla and Cazoo who clearly forecast "bad times just around the corner", manufacturers like pre-orders it helps the planning process. So maybe, right now, lexus do have enough orders in hand to fulfil 2022 schedules.

There are mobile firms who will come out and work on your windscreen. On YouTube there is a good video called "super clean your Windshield" or something like that, here he uses amongst other stuff 0000 wire wool. Note that it must be 4 noughts, nothing less. I have used this for years in all soughts of way. For example with chrome cleaner on the exhaust tips of my XKR - perfect result no scratching whatsoever.
