Hiya i am tomorrow putting up my lexus is220d for sale if people give me some advice first on its worth just of description pictures and full write up will follow tomorrow

its 2009 plate in dark grey i belive the colour is

service in may

100k miles

decent tyres all round 6-8mm tread

brand new discs and pads on front

lowerd 47mm carbon culture springs 20mm wheels spaces sits perfect i think not to stiff

remapped dpf removed

boot and roof spoiler gloss black

negative points

few age related stone chips to bonnet

wheels are not in best condition could do with refurb 

better pictures and full write up will follow tomorrow

if you could please advise me first would be much appreciated

Hi I'm after a is250 rear bumper close to North Wales ideally but willing to travel for decent price and condition. In the deep dark grey colour really but not fussed just decent condition

Thankyou for reply. No I am not able to operate rear windows from drivers side either. Passenger side don't work either only from drivers side so bit of a odd one 

I have 09 Lexus is220d. The windows switch don't on drivers side for rear or the passenger side. I can operate passenger on drivers. But the actual switch on passenger don't work or rears ? Any ideas please is it the whole drivers side window buttons or something else ?

Hiya I have 09 Lexus is220d was wondering if there was some sort of brake upgrade for it. Not needed I know but mine don't seem to be doing much got drilled discs but seem to be worse and noisy. Heard gs300 fits is250 would this be the same for 220 ?

Hi I'm thinking of getting some 15mm spacers all round once car is lowerd have the springs ready just need time to fit. Has anyone got pictures of any fitted or has done it is 15mm going to be enough to sit flush with arch Any ideas please 

hi would anyone be interested in this front inner grill brand new bought for my 09 is220d and its too small for surround for some reason eBay said it fits think its for is250 ?

eBay selling them for around £90-100

or if anyone has a chrome surround that will 100% fit and 09 is220 i will swap ? and yes i do have the lexus logo for middle aswell

Hiya I recently bought the upgrade sat nav for lexus is220d of amazon and wonderd how hard is it to fit is it simple replace or would I need another new harness of some sort ? Was going to try it my self or worth getting done properly from garage ?

Hi I recently took my car in to garage due to it was smoking heavily and awful on fuel for. 2,2 diesel so they took out 5th injector and smoking stopped bought and put in new one and started smoking again. What else could it be or what else can I do please help?  I'm thinking dpf remove and map it out what way can you blank off 5th injector?

Hiya I am desperate now really need help please I have 09 220d facelift I think with indicators in mirrors. I bought the aftermarket grill on eBay it says prefacelift but don't fit so I either need a grill that's 100% going to fit or the chrome surround that will fit the grill and on to the car if anyone has one for sale?

Hiya I have a 09 is220d and it's ride height is huge IV been looking at carbon culture 47mm lowering springs but unsure on standerd shocks was wondering if is250 coilovers would fit instead ? Can't seem to find any for the 220d

Thankyou for reply. And yes side indicators in Mirror. Does that mean the grill should fit saying pre facelift ? Or am I being a bit dumb ? 

Hi I have a lexus is220d on a 09 plate and just bought the front grill off eBay and I can't seem to get it to fit.seems a bit short not sure how please help. The eBay advert say it fits is220d preface lift but I'm not sure if I have a pre facilities how do I tell?

Sadly, there are no "double-din" options available as Lexus Sat-Nav (assuming you have sat-nav) is not standard DIN size. Same applies if you don't have sat-nav - the buttons and controls are not standard DIN size and you kind of need to keep them if you want to control climate etc.

You have 2 options:

• GROM... which will be ~£300 with installation 
• Or full Android sat-nav replacement which will be ~£500-600 with installation (here you need to be careful to order right model for the car you have i.e. factory sat-nav, no sat-nav, hdd sat-nav, sat-nav with ML, sat-nav without ML etc.).
