Advice welcomed on selling my plate V888 GSF £850, all views appreciated

The concern buying another Gsf is it will older than the one I owned it ws jan2018 also knowing interior carbon trim aswell as the exterior carbon front will continue to deteriorate and high cost to replace. Front carbon price from Lexus was around £4k

I believe the car will be going to Copart for future auction

Driving wife’s second car ct at the moment, not going to rush as not interested or sure what I want at the moment 👍

The engineers felt a lot of electrical damage cost was too high. A lot of damage caused looking for tracker, glove box taken apart, side panels, roof lining, wiring loom etc. I ws able to drive the car from storage to Lexus even with the electrical faults and lights .sadly now written off

Sadly my Gsf on Friday 19 may was deemed by Lexus insurance engineers economically beyond repair .🥲🥲🥲

As of today I have not had any officer call me to update me about my car!!!. I have rang every morning only to be told no officer has been allocated to my car hence it is still sitting in recovery garage where I’m not allowed to inspect it or check if my daughter’s sports equipment is still in the boot !!!, all very frustrating especially as I have heard from other victims that it could sitting in recovery waiting for officers for weeks.

So far I spoke to recovery garage Thursday 8:30am who stated they will hold car until police release after forensics but disappointingly they would not allow me to visit my car ,confirm state of car or check if my daughter’s cricket equipment was still in boot!!!!. I spoke to police at 9am to speak to officer in charge only to be told that no officer had been assigned to my car theft!!! Since the apparent recovery I have not had any police officer call me to tell me that they have recovered my vehicle or provide any update !!!!

CAR FOUND, managed to get confirmation from police that it’s in recovery lockup. Big thanks to BillNick🙏🙏🙏 for posting the pics and info. Many thanks
