That is a very interesting question. Why should we change the metal if possible, to buy only the rubber part of windshield wipers? As with many other things when asking to get new rubber to my windshield wipers here when car was being serviced did not get new rubber. Is it possible to buy just the rubber? Somebody here must know. If Lexusparts only sell wipers complete and the rubber is available then it is wrong. Enough landfil exist without adding more.

On Sundays we were supposed to pay to get to see motorbikes racing around; on days when we were not in schol or working, we somehow got motorbikes out there and were imagining we were racing drivers and for some strange reason we never had any serious accidents. With all the screen technologies available it is hard to understand that Lexus should have chosen a poor quality for new car models. The software from Lexus on the info part seems to be of little importance compared to the quality of the mechanical qualities, compared to the quality of the software taking care of electric power and engine. You can hope that Lexus will come with a software update taking care of the problems. On our car there is no problem with the clarity of the navigation screen. Wayfinding is another story. Several minor streets here are not possible to find (Lexus engineers maybe do not speak Spanish); a 9-year-old Garmin Nüvi car navigation system with free updates for card yearly is so good that Lexus maybe would be doing their customers a favour buying from Garmin instead of the source they get maps from now; a 7 year old Garmin bike computer, also with free map updates for Europe is OK too. It is a shame to have a built-in screen in the car that is not functioning to the satisfaction of customers.

I use B on long descents. Here the hills are longer than many other places. If selecting B while going faster than 60 the engine makes too much noise. Anyway, on descents where I used to go down faster than 70km/h on bike I only drive around 50 in car. Decelerating shifting down is for people who know how to. Thank you, Too lazy to take the car apart and have an old Garmin with lifelong free updates and it is far better than Google maps so if ever this stupid virus situation go so much away that we get to mainland Europe the Garmin navi will come with us. Have a bike navigation also from Garmin with free updates that can be in pocket so the car model can be in the car and the bike navi is fine to have in pocket if in Paris, where everybody can get lost and nobody speak anything but French. I like Cartier and many other French things, but French is a language I still have not bothered learning.

While we had the child seat (post above) we turned the headrest of the car the other way around as otherwise the headrest of the child seat would be pushed forward. With reversing the headrest of the child seat was suddenly better positioned than in the VW Gold 2.0tdi DSG the child seat was in before. I stupidly believe that when driving I am to be alert constantly and not relaxing.

We can al use our cars the way we want, but if leaning head on headrest (stupid name) gives a headache, then it is not optimal. I think of it as a way to protect spine if being hit by something from the rear end of the car.

Engine in front does not make a car easy to handle no matter if rear wheel drive.

A pillow is a headrest. Many things are headrests. If you need to use a headrest while driving, maybe you should stop and take a nap instead of driving.
