I've made the decision it will be clockwise and my first stop after home around 5hours and a bit driving will be Kinross. From there i havent decided yet. 2nd night on trot the alarm has gone off. Last night 1am twice tonight 11.45pm twice. Today i thoroughly checked and hoovered inside no signs of nothing untoward. i would have thought there must be a bug insect or something inside triggering it off. Anyhow tonight i turned the motion sensor off at least i thought i did. After reading the manual you have to do this when the car is switched on and it tell you on the dash it has been switched of. Silly me im pressing the button at midnight thinking this isn't right i had car switched off. Back to sleep now night night. Now did that moth fly out of the UX or was it making for my torch.

Evening David i watched this very impressive thanks for posting. I went and looked at their website and learnt how they use different means of tracking not just GPS. Looks like they sell you a product and you attach it to your vehicle. There is a chance that it could be found i suppose and removed.

Yesterday at work i read an article in a colleague's paper (Daily Mail) about the restraunt critic Giles Coren having had his car stolen twice. if i interpreted the story correctly he got his car back twice. I think it had a tracker and maybe the thief's couldn't activate the ignition. Anyhow the thing that pinged a note with me was the article finished off that 300 vehicles a day are stolen and only 1% of thief's convicted. What with all the APNR,s everywhere plus CCTV you would have thought there would be better conviction rates. Sleep well folks.

Vlad i gave mine a quick wash tonight it wasn't very dirty and i did what i always do hose all over first then sponge and a bucket of water with autoglym shampoo conditioner in. I'm pleasantly surprised how good a finish the UX has Lexus must use a good lacquer. Like you ive been considering snow foam. We go to father in laws on a sat and there is this BMW we pass covered in what looks a good snow foam left to stand for a bit. Thought about doing this for a while now.

John:- firstly i thought the honest john website had gone into administration then Heycar acquired it. Then last week i read somewhere probably another forum that HJ does not write for the Telegraph now. Heycar would promote their sponsors maybe Honda are a sponsor hence the recommendation. Wondering now if this reporter is a motoring journalist . In any case its a decent commute i would want comfort and would be concerned about purchasing a diesal car now with the expected hike in cost of the fuel. Surely the RX will only be just run in. Nah im with Bernard and Vlad here. Now i wonder where HJ is.
