    It's a very interesting topic this and was nice to read through it. I once had a chat with lexus themselves about this point of the brand not being popular here in the UK and he told me it's a niche brand specifically set to be this way. Lexus still achieve highest reliability ratings year in year out so they don't seem bothered.

    @Malc1 Hi Malc These thieves are ruthless and very dangerous, it's not worth messing with them. I have seen on video how they even stop people coming out their house so they can steal your catalyic converter.

    I just took a nice drive out to the Lakes , got back now. Scary driving through countryside at night, no street lights

    Unfortunately I have been a victim of catalytic converter theft twice. First was with my honda accord and second was with my honda civic which I'm still driving now. Just replace it with an aftermarket one as apparently they have no value and aren't targeted.

    Didn't specifically mean lexus, was referring to old cars especially with no history.
