Hi Spacenase you were correct! It’s the fourth icon down. The trouble is that the icons are so small that I didn’t realise that I’d turned off the voice prompts. Thank you so much for your input. All resolved now!

Hi Spacenase The options on the UX seem to be different than the NX. However, the voice prompts seem to have returned. It must be a technical problem which I’ll query at the next service. Thanks for taking the time to try to help.

Many thanks for your prompt reply although I think the UX has a slightly different system. I’ll definitely check this out in the morning and report back.

Hi I’ve recently acquired a Lexus UX after previously having owned three CT200h. I bought an ex-demonstrator and don’t seem to have been given a Sat Nav User Manual. I also can’t seem to download one from the Lexus website. The sat nav voice guidance stopped working today and I can’t seem to get it back. I’ve checked the voice volume which is set at 5 so that’s not the problem. any ideas please how I can get it working again. It’s been fine up to now! Thanks in advance.
