  1. Thanks - we get very limited A/S tyre choices here. Link to the best tire ever...available in the US only though https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Michelin&tireModel=Pilot+Sport+All+Season+4&partnum=345YR8PSAS4XL&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes
  2. Thanks! Normski, any options I should absolutely avoid on a used Cayenne - air suspension, pano-sunroof - anything really, really fail-prone?
  3. Random I know. Thinking of putting on Michelin Primacy 4 XLs on the GS250 as they are on sale for 540 fitted for 4 (anywhere I can do better?) Also eyeing a replacement for the wife who always wanted a Cayenne - looking at a used Porsche Cayenne Diesel Euro 6 - wondering if anybody had a view here? Something like this Thanks in advance!
  4. I have a Mark 4 GS250 that is a bit of a driveway queen (less than 500 miles a yr). I got a notice from the onboard display to replace the Brake Fluid (last done maybe 2 yrs ago) Do I need a dealer to do this or can I use an independent shop? (dealer not super close) Thanks
  5. So my 2012 GS250 in Silver is showing serious age. The hood and front quarterpanels are in bad shape and I am thinking to wrap the car Not a fashion statement but rather an attempt to preserve the service life in a cost effective way Thoughts? advice? Thanks in advance
  6. Hi all Just got told I need to replace a failing AC condenser...Not an urgent repair for me - can anybody guide me on costs here? My understanding is that AC units are not special (i.e. a competent mechanic should be able to fit a Toyota) - pls correct me if I am wrong here thanks!
  7. Curious about the Sport+ mode -report back when you can
  8. You can actually visit the Toyota factory in Japan where they make the Crown and Lexus GS Production is a process where small errors can compound - the Japanese factory is immaculate - I could see a Japanese produced Lexus being superior
  9. Looking to tap the collective wisdom of Team Lexus We are moving to a semi-detached house in West London W3 - the area is generally safe but suffers from car theft, petty theft and is near a main street The house has a backyard, sideyard and private car drive so plenty of places to jump fences and the street does not have CCTV I am looking for recommendation for a home security / alarm system Ideally, the system would contain motion sensors (inside), motion lights/cameras for outside and a decent remote monitoring system (app) Budget ideally under 2k gbp with minimal ongoing service charges On a thumbsuck, I would look at Banham, Yale, Ring, Simplisafe systems Thanks in advance!
