Hi everyone Thanks for the replies, I have tried it with the lights on, with the windscreen washers on, with both on, no response. A friend has a look over the fuses and couldn't see anything unusual. They are not something I would use but I will probably get an advisory in the NCT when it comes up. I feel it is probably an electrical issue as it does not appear to generate any noise or move even slightly. Once again Thanks to those who replied

Hi Steve - Thanks, yes the road tax is very high. Pre 2008 cars were graded by engine size, anything over 3.0 litres is €1809 annually. After 2008 it was/is measured by emissions and can in some cases be even more expensive I. E. The last bracket, CO2 over 226 is €2350 annually.

Hi all I have a 2005 LS430, the headlight washers won't respond to the switch I don't know if they have ever worked. Any ideas? Any advice appreciated
