  1. Or never actually. I cancelled the order as I got fed up with lack of comms and I lost trust and confidence in AD in general. I just bought GLC300d AMG Premium Plus. Life goes on. Good luck ,guys and enjoy your vehicles.
  2. Does this mean, that in case of losing it, they will replace it for free? Because,presumably, the client has paid for 2 keys,not one. Correct me if I am wrong.

  5. I was just called ( returned call) from Lexus Gatwick , some relatively good news - production to start in 3-4 weeks. NX350h F sport + panroof ( blue paint & red interior).

  7. I went to Porsche showroom the other day, for Macan , and they told me more expensive the car would be, less the waiting time.

The problem( or one of) was for example I called them and then someone from front desk replies the sales manager is not available at the moment but they would come back to me on couple of hours( presuming is am). No phone call that day. No phone call the following day. Then sending an email to remind them. Nothing back. How do you depict this as a relationship?
  9. Not sure about you, guys,I am very annoyed already by Lexus AD. Initially I was told they would call me every 2 weeks to update me. First no-one called me for 5 months, then I had to chase them every 2 months. Still no exact date after more than 10 months of waiting after placing the order. This is really concerning. Buying a car is relationship. And clearly the other side cannot cope with the demand or the type of relationship they claim they can deliver. What exact customer satisfaction we are talking about ( per reviews and feedback in media) as they lack behind Seat ( my wife's car) and Mercedes ( mine). Both of the companies are amazing providing prompt replies, quotes, clear messages and accurate information. Honestly... I am 50/50 already to cancel everything and to look for another make. Just venting a bit. Thank you for your time.

  11. Hi there and Merry Christmas. Any idea what the price of the LED headlights is? As a replacement part. For example 3-eye LED. I hear some scary quotes for several K per a headlight. Thank you in advance and I hope you are having a great time off.

  14. The running costs + parking in Brighton concern me. But thank you anyway, I also have considered it a lot. Furthermore, I believe the NX has new gen hyb/battery that allow the EV to be used up to 70 mph, compared to 30-ish mph for the RX. Correct me if I am wrong.
