Looks interesting Mike but how do you change the battery?

I know this may sound frivolous but I find the digital clock entirely unappealing and ergonomically completely wrong. For me an analogue face is the only one for me, even on my smar****ch! So until I get the latest 450 here is a stopgap.
Amazon: Carclock dashboard air vent, in silver £3.90! Free prime delivery!! It looks good and at eye level but does get some mixed reviews so is it any good? I haven't the foggiest idea yet but for the price of a pint it's worth a trial before considering some more expensive options 😎
i put mine in the middle. it is luminous but helped by the tiny light from above.

I keep getting adverts on PC where car paint is attacked with a knife or rock and damaged down to metal.
Thereafter a man with a cloth and their MAGIC cream rubs over the "scratch" and it disappears.
Magic! Am i over sceptical?

is there no MOT center nearby who would pick it up and do the MOT. They could trailer it or use trade plates?

They are ~£78 from Lexus direct, which I think is reasonable for genuine plugs:
THAT SOUNDS GOOD, Who are Lexusparts direct then, not part of Lexus?

On all current Lexus vehicles, the plug interval is mileage only, no timeframe provided on the service schedule.
My service book states 60,000 miles for plugs. Seems contentious if all is running well? Is this a case for do not mend if not broken?

i have been looking at having my plugs done and am told that they are special iridium? plugs at ridiculous money. Where to buy and how cheap can they be got?
any advice

Not necessary on IS mk2, as generally if you use all the fuel and fill full tank and then drive until it is empty MPG will be correct. When refilling Tank MPG will reset and stay correct, but if you refuel mid-way and keep topping-up, then it could show literally anything. That is why just not confident the trip computer was reset properly after refuelling etc.
But I agree with you, that brim to brim will always be the most accurate way to tell.
I have a Mk 2 which regularly tells me 25/30mpg. when i reset mpg ave (not tank average) to zero, on filling then do a brim to brim it is ALWAYS LESS than the computer says, ALWAYS.

If it is showing 23mpg then it will almost certainly be less in reality. try brim to brim and get out the calculator.😠

Stealth approach mode given whoever fitted it didn’t want to be seen doing so. Obviously risk accessed that it would be safer crouching in a live traffic lane than rather than fitting it from the other side on the pavement!
Just wondering if there are any warning notices visible to the driver or if they didn’t notice the clamp before trying to drive off.

What exactly have you not seen before Mike ... ?
A Transit parked on the pavement? A DVLA wheel clamp? Or a DVLA wheel clamp on a transit parked on the pavement?
Common as muck down South matey ...! Transits, pavement parking, untaxed vehicles ... we've got the lot! 😉
DVLA Clamp is a new one for me in this part of the country. We sometimes get roadside inspections, not often, but never seen a DVLA clamper about.
I love it!

I never tried to do anything with maps as it's never gonna be as good as Google maps, but I have a similar issues when i try to play music from a CD.. List of tracks shows up on the display, but it won't play. Volume control digits disappear as well at that point, so something isn't right. Normal bluetooth/aux/FM audio works as it should though. Never bothered me much, but it is the one thing that never worked in my ownership.
List of tracks is a good one and has been discussed before. Nearly everyone says it does not show, however i have seen it work on my car?
look at "IS 250SE-L ML no CD track list" from Feb 26 2020

Yeah, shame the film was so awful 🙂
Personally, I prefer the LC500 and GS-F from Black Panther:

PS Why is this in the IS forum?
because i could not find the correct forum for the flying model.

Apart from all other questions are they for RHD or LHD? Mirrors are different and you need the right version.
