Battery is reading 12.25v when car is off so suspecting the battery is causing the issue. Rang Lexus, batteries are on backorder for months. Will have to look at alternatives....any suggestions?

Hi. I recently acquired a is300h. The alarm tends to go off randomly once or twice a day. Been happening for a week now. Any suggestions? Apart from the 2 sensors on the interior, are there any other sensors I should try cleaning? Techstream is just showing the alarm has been activated by both the tilt and theft sensor. Thanks in advance.
