Proximity sensors do work! Very loud though. I can see why previous owner turned them off. Radio antenna not budging though.

How much boot carpet has to come out to access shock absorber top nuts? Does retractable cover also have to come out?

New screen as well!! Gave it a cursory wash. Really needs clay barring and machine polishing. But did drive with top down to dry off before stashing away in the garage.

M25 and M11 joy today, and some rain. 280 miles so getting used to it now. Comfy high speed cruiser, no wobbles or vibrations. Collected even more stuff for the big clean up.

Looking to replace all 4 shocks next. After consideration I think I will not be going down the coilover route. A bit lot like that. Quite a strong spring action. You can do it without a clamp if you don't have a camera in your other hand!

Replaced the missing headlight washer cap. Pretty straightforward but without the internet I would not have had a clue!

I did it for my 450h. Got a key from ebay £40. Sent it away to get it wiped clean £20. Reprogrammed myself using Techstream £60 software. Still not cheap to DIY it.
