    I feel you should expect better, but I am not surprised at what at face value appears to be a sharp practice: To make matters worse I looked over the documentation and found that they actually included this value in the trade-in figures (which I didn't notice). They appear to know what they were doing, just not it appears fully communicated to you or understood by you. Lesson learnt.

    All good, however, a warning sound and light is going off for a reason, they need to find the reason and solve. Until then it is IMHO a safety issue as the owner does not know why the alarm has been triggered. From what has been stated they do not appear too bothered that the alarm has been triggered and their solution is to switch off the alarm rather than solve the problem. I feel that is a safety issue. Not a good approach from Lexus I feel.

    They have not fixed your vehicle, in fact it would appear to be worse. You have a safety fault displayed and no idea what is wrong. That is dangerous. Talk to them, seeking repair. One chance then move onto Lexus UK.

    100% that is not a solution or resolution. That is a bodge. Why is it now going off if it was not before the service? What is causing the alarm to sound? I would be escalating.
