Have a lovely day everyone. 😁
Peace and love to all.
Why is cycling so addictive?
That high can also apply to cycling, because cardiovascular exercise releases more endorphins than other forms of exercise, and that's the problem: the more of them you release, the better you feel and the more you crave. Exercise really can become like a drug.
Why do cyclists get so angry?
A bike rage incident can start because a cyclist, driver, or pedestrian believes that another road user was being discourteous, breaking traffic rules, or in many cases because someone felt that their safety was being compromised by the actions of another road user.
Why do cyclists get boners?
It doesn't always happen, usually it's when I'm racing (on the TT bike) or training (on the road bike) or indeed on the turbo. My concern is that it's indicative of pressure being released, causing a potentially embarrassing 'semi' post race/ride as the blood rushes back and that this could cause problems long term.
