Hi I have a problem with the voice command, I cannot get the command to work when I press the voice button on the steering wheel, for instance, I tell it to call John mobile and it finds somebody else, or asks for an address, the car is fitted with the premium nav, it's really frustrating, looked on youtube , tried everything that I know, does anyone have any ideas.
