Hello from the US! I have recently installed the RHD power-fold mirrors/button in my US 2006 SC430. Everything works except the passenger window button on the driver's side (passenger button and top down control works fine). I'm trying to figure out why that is. Does anyone know where I can find the UK/RHD version of the manual below so I can compare the pinouts of the door MPX units? Even just the corresponding part number of the manual would help me track it down. EM00X0U is the part # of the North American manual. Thank you!

Well, after much internet research, I actually answered my own question: https://www.drive2.com/l/540914641962796127/ The LHD EUDM models do in-fact have the wide viewing angle on the left side. I believe the part number for this glass is 8796124210. Now my next challenge is how the heck to get that part for a reasonable price and shipped to the US.

I know this is a very specific ask, but I'm trying to track down some very specific information. In another thread I posted about retrofitting the UK/JDM side mirrors to my USDM car. Your mirrors have a dotted line with a "wide viewing" area on the drivers side. I'm trying to figure out if any region had the same thing on the left side (the USDM mirrors did not). This is the part number for LHD EU SC430 mirror glass 8796124210. I can't find any information about it or a pic. If anyone on here has a LEFT hand drive EU SC430 (maybe Germany?) and could post close up detailed photos of your side mirror glass that would be tremendously helpful to me. I don't know if other European SC owners use this board, or if there is another owners forum for them? But I figured this would be a good place to start. If anyone knows of any German or other LHD European SC430 clubs, please let me know. Thanks again!

Interesting, your left side doesn't look dark like mine. I wonder if maybe it's an autodim mirror and mine was just unplugged while in the "dimmed" state? I'm not sure if that's how it works. Do you think you could take pics a little closer? I can't see if your right side has the dotted line like mine. What year is yours? It's a JDM import like Smather & Shirleyanne? Thank you!

Hello, Sorry to jump on this thread, but could those of you with JDM imports do me a huge favor? I'm in the process of retrofitting jdm mirrors to my USDM sc430 and I have a few questions about the glass. Could you take some up-close pictures of both the mirrors (glass) and post them on this thread? It's surprisingly hard to find pics on the internet of them. Thanks!

I finally got my hands on a set of JDM mirrors. I had a couple questions about the glass and I'm wondering if the UK mirrors are the same as the JDM ones. The right side mirror has a dotted line that separates the regular part of the mirror from the part that gives you a wider view (USDM does not have this on either). The left mirror does not have this, but it's very darkly tinted (USDM is also not like this on either). Are the UK mirrors the same way? Also, do any of you happen to know where I could find a matching left side mirror with the extended viewing angle? I love that! Thanks!

Hello, I'm in the US and I'm looking to retrofit the power folding door mirrors to my sc430. I had a few questions I'm hoping you guys can help me with: 1) Did all EUDM sc430s come with power folding mirrors? 2) Do you have any recommendations for junkyards or parts recycler websites where I might find reasonably priced door mirrors? 3) Do any of you have the wiring diagram for the 13 wire harness (I believe USDM has 11 wires, I'm guessing the other 2 are power and ground but I want to be sure) This is the only pic/video I've found of someone who has done it. They used a custom button, but I've tracked down the OEM button to use on mine, just trying to figure out how to wire it all if I can find the mirrors. Cheers!
