  1. Strangely the map started working last night, I've noticed it sometimes work when its cold and rainy outside, not sure if that mean anything but these days, whenever it works, it's always raining. Ejected it like 3 times and it started working again. Will check again today before the soft reset.
  2. Tried a lens cleaner, not sure it was spinning, eject and insert it several times but still the same.
  3. Unable to read data. Check if the map DVD is correct, bought new dvd, same error message, guessing issue is with the reader itself, not sure how to go about it., Any idea? sometimes the map will start working for and once I turn off engine, it goes back to unable to read data.
  4. Thank you, will get a DVD cleaner and update you on the status.
  5. Thanks paul for the clarification with the separate DVD reader, since the issue start at the same time that's why I thought they had something to do with each other. I managed to remove the satNav DVD behind the digital clock and insert another satnav dvd I had but got the same "Unable to read data. Check if the map DVD is correct." No work has been done on the car other than the engine maintenance but it was working fine even after that. what else can I do? Thank you.
  6. Hi, anyone know what could have went wrong with my navigation, it's over one week now and it keep saying "Unable to read data. Check if the map DVD is correct." and it doesn't play dvd anymore like it usually does. Can anyone help me out?
