Yes coffee had suger in it but I striped remote down and sprayed with circuit board cleaner before trying it. Nothing appeared to have burned or blown but might have been some damage to bottom IR circuit. was hoping there might have been small fuse in line

Hi Thanks for replies sorry taken time to get back but been abroad. Yes it is factory unit and it was in cradle when coffe spilt I will check if power is getting to craddle Will it be remote as it works fine out of cradle?

My remote for Sat/nav had coffee spilled onto it and now only works when out of holder so think the fuse might have poped that supplies volts to cradle but looked in all 3 fuse boxes can't seem to pin point it, can anyone point me in right direction please?
