Tried disconnecting the battery for ten minutes eno joy

Hi Guys. I stupidly bought Ebay Cheap LED's and after fitting them the car went into limp mode, after struggling home I installed Osram night breakers. The car ran OK but now it is has gremlins in the electrics, ie intermittent windows puddle lights and interior courtesy lights are not working. Any ideas fellas?
