Hi chris I have sold mine so cant give a photo but if you look at the bulkhead you will see a small black unit with 2 hoses off, this is pressure sensor. It is the 2 metal tubes fitted to the hoses that block up

Have you cleaned out the pipes that go from both sides of the dpf to the pressure sensor as they tend to soot up and then the pressure sensor reads incorrectly. I had this on mine ( now sold) my son eventually fixed it in about 30 minutes. Hope this helps. Pluffy
