hi all, '04 430 108k is on the ground at the rear.. have had trouble for a while since rear drivers side sensor bracket broke last year. Driven for 15 miles, and then fixed sensor and setup, all OK, except rear passenger sinks when car turned off, used to take a day to go down, now 5 minutes. My conclusion is that if driven with suspension down for any reason, it damages the membrane, leading to small leaking, that eventually gets larger. So, anyways, going for cheap coil replacements on rear.
kong phooey replacement rear coils on the bay £190+£118 shipping - anyone experience, don't fancy a grand on others, just want her back on the road ? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/for-Lexus-LS430-2001-2006-Rear-Air-to-Coil-Spring-Suspension-Conversion-Kits-TUV/303095628135
also, is the front air connected to the rear ?
i see threads for removing rear seat when changing rear coils, and about keeping rear sensors for headlight level, etc, and removing fuse for pump, but is this only the rear ?
any help appreciated.
