Thanks, I'll look at that..

I had the issue and resolved it by replacing the front brace bars which were hideously and embarrassingly corroded (there are some pics on my feed from the time). It's not an MOT failure but came to light as an advisory after the MOT. It's a very cheap easy change too. A number of people contacted me after I reported this reported their own bars also in a shocking state and replace them. Took the little shimmy away which was annoying after I had just put new OEM wheels and premium tyres on.

My heater is blowing cold (car up to temperature, tried AC on/AC off and messed around with all the controls for ever). Some of the old forums mention the Cabin Temperature Sensor which appears to be behind the little louvre up by your knee. Has anyone had this issue and managed to fix it..??

I have a set of 4 OEM Type C 18" 8J wheels for sale, these are from the facelift 6-Speed. They are not buckled or cracked as far as I know but are in need of a refurb (see pics). Best offer, buyer collects. I'm moving in the middle of June so they need to be gone by the start of June at the lastest. They are on Ebay but am open to offers from forum members obvs..

Thanks for that Peter. I store my car at Charlton Park near Malmesbury which is 10 mins from Tetbury. He is full at the moment but they are building new facilities which open later this year. They are really good but not the cheapest around.

I've just discovered that the guy who has serviced my SC430 and was Lexus & Toyota trained, has left the garage I've used for years. Can anyone recommend a good specialist?? I'm due a very full service when she come out of storage in March...

Bloody Hell!!, It's a pretty easy thing to miss though. I am daily staggered about the improvement and delighted to have been able to pass my observations on...

Here is the ugly evidence. I reckon the nearside one weighed only half of it's replacement. As someone who is pretty fastidious about maintenance and safety, I was frankly shocked and embarrassed about the state of these. Simple to ignore and overlook. To reiterate, not surprisingly (in hindsight) this change has totally transformed the front end driving experience. Best regards. Nick

Hi Anthony, I kept the manky ones that came off. I will take some pics and post them over the next few days. It's such a blindingly obvious thing to do (post event obvs🙂) considering the amount of work they have to do and the twisting effect constantly on them. My car has just passed 76k and they look like the originals. I cannot emphasise enough the magic it has worked on the driving experience. Best regards. Nick
