    Congratulations on your order. Roll on December! 😁. I take delivery of a 450h+ next week and opted for the Premium Plus pack and sunroof as I didn't feel that there was much advantage in going for the Takumi pack although I prefer the Takumi alloys. The loyalty discount applies to returning Lexus customers financing through the Lexus pcp scheme. I got the loyalty discount and an enhanced offer on my trade in (300h NX) but nothing else. Haven't taken out anything else other than a three year service plan. May consider the Smart cover.

    I take delivery of my 450h+ next week. I opted for the Hazel leather which has a matching headlining as I was wishing to avoid the black roof. Also opted for the sunroof although I wish that the panoramic roof was available on this model - I will really miss it!

    I remember a few years ago picking up a new Ford and was pleasantly surprised to see that I had a full tank of fuel. Then discovered that it had been charged to me as part of the new vehicle invoice! 🙁

    If its an NX of the 2018 model year spec it should be compatible. My car was registered in April 2018 and had the infotainment upgraded to Apple/Android.

    My 450h+ arrived at the dealer today! That's 5 months since placing the order which is pretty good in comparison to current schedules.

    I am not an electrician but my understanding is that your fuse box (consumer unit) in the garage can be used and indeed if it didn't exist a secondary consumer unit can be installed in the garage. I have arranged a survey in a couple of weeks and like you my main consumer unit is in the centre of the house and there is no way that surface cabling will be suitable.

    Yes - Definitely the Premium Plus alloys so 20".

    My survey is booked for next month. I know that the main fuse at the meter in the garage will require to be upgraded from its 60A present state. Not sure what they will recommend regarding cabling as the distribution board is in the centre of the house and will need to be routed through at least one wall. In the meantime I intend getting an extra long charging cable with 3 pin plug to utilise the existing socket in the garage.

    Yes I would say it is. I ordered my NX in September and it didn't go into build stage until mid December.

    Yes I have the loyalty offer and like you I settled after a month on pcp. The free servicing and gap insurance is a great offer. Will have to see what the dealer can offer me!

    My 450h+ has reached Derby and dealer has advised that it is due to arrive in Edinburgh by the middle of next week. Arranging to view the car on Friday.

    They have clearly been giving lots of demo drives if they have clicked 9500 miles already.

    I have the same spec on order at present and like you I was hugely impressed after the test drive. Think it is a massive leap forward from my current 2018 NX. Placed the order in September and the car is in the UK. I expect that the predicted delivery date of mid March will be met.

    Sounds like a "fix" from the 1980's! I remember having a Vauxhall Carlton on the company fleet which had a dashboard that would intermittently light up various warnings for no apparent reason. Dealer had multiple attempts at remedying this but eventually resorted to disabling the warning lights in question!

    That's disappointing and certainly not the customer experience that Lexus pride themselves in. I cannot praise my dealership enough - their customer care has been exemplary from the first day that I walked into the showroom in 2017.

    That's annoying as they were clearly mentioned as part of the premium plus pack. I assume that the 450h+ will be the same?

    I got notification that the build of my 450h+ was complete on 17 Jan and was very surprised to learn yesterday that it had arrived at Portbury. I had placed the original order in September and it went from order processing to build in progress in December. Agree that the app tends to lag behind the Lexus UK email updates at times.

    If you hit the tailgate button twice the boot should open-first hit unlocks the car and second opens the tailgate??

    When on a test drive this week I was pleasantly surprised by the speed that the battery recharged when in auto mode.

    Just received word that my NX450h+ with Premium Plus pack and sunroof has arrived in the UK which is much earlier than expected as the last prediction was that it would be available on 12 March. Realise that there may be a delay between Portbury/Derby and Edinburgh.
