  1. Today's recharge is indicating 48/39.9 today. Actual mileage is likely to be 39/30 though. Summer months and the predicted range proves fairly accurate.
  2. Mine was showing 46/39.6 after charging yesterday evening. Last summer it was regularly at 51/45.
  3. If there is such a washer then it isn't very good at keeping the lens clean is all I can say!
  4. That's 7 individual trips today and only one recorded! Also saying the car is now 14 miles away. Pitiful!
  5. Have completed 10 journeys since Saturday and not one is recorded on the Lexus Link app. I give up. Car fantastic. App dreadful.
  6. You should get a 3 pin charging cable and a 7kw charging cable with the car.

I took delivery of my 450h+ in March last year and was also fortunate to have a 7kw charger supplied by Lexus and fitted by British Gas direct from the meter with an isolator switch etc. It has been relatively trouble free but any issues I have had have been swiftly solved by the BGEV team. Full charge from empty takes around 2 and a half hours. A 22kw fast charger would need 3 phase electrics. The car is brilliant and the wait will be worthwhile!
  8. My problems with the app are ongoing.Completed 8 individual journeys today and it only recorded 2. According to the app my car is now 14 miles away!!! Very disappointing.
  9. Alan. I agree with everything that Ronnie says. I ran an NX300H for 4 years and it was a brilliant car. Petrol consumption varies with the season but overall I achieved in excess of 40mpg. Go for the NX300h with Luxury pack.
  10. The Lexus Link app is the biggest disappointment in an otherwise great car. According to the app this evening my car is 14 miles away. It only records about 1 in 4 journeys. On a prestige vehicle this is unacceptable.
  11. Well I just refuelled this morning and have recorded the poorest mpg to date. A combination of longer ICE journeys and the drop off in EV range due to lower temperatures has resulted in an overall 37.6 mpg. Petrol consumption was 57.5mpg but when I convert the cost of electricity recharges and convert to petrol price the result is as above. So from 64mpg overall in late summer this is a significant change. Roll on warmer weather!!
  12. Even the sponge behind the flap cure didn't work today so had to resort to the internal release.
  13. If you place a sponge between the filler cap and the fuel flap this is enough to trigger the flap. My indicated EV mileage has dropped from 46 to 40.
  14. My 450h was due to have the new fuel flap release mechanism fitted today but Dealer has said the revised part isn't available as yet. Any "cures" to date involve the fitting of the existing part. Anybody heard anything different?
  15. My 450h goes in next week for a replacement fuel flap release. The sponge is currently doing sterling service!🙂 Will also let you know the outcome.
  16. Door opening was certainly a challenge during the recent temperature plunge.
  17. Agree that there was a rubber smell initially but it wore off after a week. Quality is excellent.
  18. Try Carmats4u. Huge selection of colours and materials. Prompt service. I gor a set of rubber mats for my 450h and they fit perfectly.
  19. They come on with the heated rear window. Switch is below the infotainment screen.
  20. I moved the seat to its furthest forward position, followed by its furthest rearward position, then put the reclining backrest to its most upright position and finally to its most reclined position. I then sat in the seat and adjusted everything to its final position that suited me and "recorded" this by holding set with button 1. You can then repeat to hold configurations for other drivers at buttons 2 and 3. Details are in the handbook. Hope this helps!
  21. HUD has worked faultlessly as far as I am concerned and is easy to view/adjust. Similarly the infotainment system has worked well linking with my phone and undertaking calls both inbound and out without issue. Adaptive CC is straightforward to use in terms of engaging and releasing. Voice control isn't perfect - it occasionally will give me directions for home when I am requesting a phone call home - but overall the system is acceptable and hugely better than the previous 300h version. Hope this helps? All the best next week- where are you picking the car up from?
  22. That is a speedy delivery. I ordered September 21 and had to wait till March 22! Happy motoring and look forward to some pics. Agree that Lexus Edinburgh are superb!
  23. I did likewise and the latest update was completed en route. Took about 25 minutes.
