  1. Impressive numbers regarding predicted range. Never had that high thus far.
  2. Yes it's certainly adjustable on the NX450H so expect similar on RX.
  3. Tonight's result pretty much in line with last night. 49.4/48.4. Actual achieved today was 43 miles against the 48.2 indicated.
  4. Just completed tonight's charge. Result is 49.2/48.2. Slight improvement on previous but not the best. Actual on the previous 47.8 was 41.
  5. I'd be very wary in using these as some after market non OEM valve caps are prone to corroding and therefore become difficult to remove without damaging the valve.
  6. Yes. I am experiencing similar issues with the app although the location of the car is now correct and I am able to lock/unlock the car via the app. Total mileage hasn’t updated for over 3 months. It was only recording about 1 journey in 5 initially but this was addressed and resulted in 9 out of 10 being shown. Unfortunately that has recently reverted to being sporadic - the past weekend it only recorded 5 out of 12 journeys. Its hugely disappointing in what is a premium product and it is tarnishing the Lexus reputation.
  7. Refuelled again this evening and recorded an overall consumption of 49.35 mpg. This is petrol purchased plus the total cost of electricity charges in the period converted to the current price of petrol.
  8. This evening's figures are a slightly disappointing 48.8/47.8 when compared with recent results.
  9. Have always specified the protection pack on my NX's. Well worth it.
  10. Plugged in again this morning after running the battery down yesterday and it's indicating 50.9/49.9.

  12. I saw this particular car in the showroom in Edinburgh when my car was in for service. Lovely car. It wasn't one of their demonstrators - I believe it was a private owner. I think its now sold.
  13. Can't say that I have noticed a rattle but have had instances on undulating country roads that it actually dislodges itself from the location clips and is left hanging by the tailgate cords. The shelf on the NX300H was superior in my opinion albeit did not store as easily.
  14. Yes. Lexus Link is disappointing to say the least. On my 450h the mileage has stopped updating and the remote locking feature wasn't working (saying the car was moving!!) however this has now been rectified. Fuel range has always functioned. Trip analytics have improved and around 9 out of 10 journeys are now recorded where previously it was about 3 in 10. Lexus are aware of the issues and are working on solutions I am reliably informed. The car is brilliant but the Link app leaves much to be desired!
  15. The fact that it's been less than reliable for many thus far I think Lexus should offer a free subscription for at least 10 years!
  16. I often find that the range drops more swiftly when the indicated range hits 25 miles.
  17. Improvements continue! Tonight's charge results 52.7/50.1. Actual today was 44 from the previously indicated 49.8.

  21. I ordered my 450h in September 2021 and it arrived at the dealer (Lexus Edinburgh) in February 2022. I took delivery in March 2022. Throughout the period from ordering to delivery I was kept fully informed.
  22. Hi Ronnie Good to hear from you. Yes it's all a bit frustrating that the car itself is excellent but the Lexus Link software issues and the number of recalls with a general lack of urgency to resolve matters are now testing my patience. Once these are addressed it will be an outstanding car. Regards insurance I paid £233 fully comp last year (Aviva) but it looks likely that this will rise by c£100 when it renews next month. May well bump into you at the dealership as the combination of services and recalls resulted in 3 visits within 2 weeks! Stay well. Ken
