    Six miles wouldn't be out of the ordinary on a Major service but unusual on an intermediate. Personally not overly concerned as I rate my dealership highly. Some garages demand that dash cams are switched off for servicing. It's all to do with permissions in filming personnel whilst in the workshop.

    Just recharged this afternoon and got the same result as the previous charge - 53.3/54.9.

    Buying from a Lexus dealer is certainly wise and should come with a comprehensive warranty. Agree that its certainly worth checking the service history to ensure its had annual maintenance. Continuing to get it serviced annually by the dealer also gives you warranty cover until the car is 10 years old.

    Tonight's charge giving s predicted 54.9/53.3 which is the best overall indication this year. Actual from yesterday's predicted 52.9 with aircon was 49 - not bad considering 20 miles involved motorway travel with the remainder City use.

    I agree that it's disappointing that the dealer hasn't kept you updated. I ordered my 450h in September 21 and it arrived at the dealer in February 22. They held on to it until registering it in March. I was kept fully informed of progress by both the dealer and through the app over the 5 months although I wasn't in any particular hurry to take delivery. Current wait times are improving though and all I can add is that whilst annoying I am sure you will find that its will be worth the wait!

    I don't think that the lack of 7kw charging will make a difference and you will find that the prediction will rise over time and mileage. I have now recorded over 13800 miles and tonight's recharge is showing 54.5/52.9 which is marginally up on the previous result.

    I agree it charges quite quickly however it feels and sounds a different vehicle in this mode. Engine note rises dramatically and the performance of the car in terms of acceleration markedly deteriorates. Have only used it a couple of times (gained 6 miles of charge in a 13 mile journey) but not rushing to do so again.

    I have been away from home recently albeit within the UK but didn't bother with charging. Still returned c55mpg. Charging away from home can be expensive.

    Yes. I appreciate your preference. The Premium Plus alloys are great however with the Graphite Black bodywork.

    Tonight's recharge indicating 54.1/53. This represents a further high point.

    Can't say that I have noticed this problem. Have been holidaying on the west coast of Scotland and travelling on many single track roads with a rough surface and no issue with the HUD.

    Just completed a further charge this evening predicting 54.1/52.4 - the best yet. The actual was 48 against yesterday's predicted 52.3.

    Tonight's refuelling (E10) giving an overall 55.02mpg. This is calculated via petrol purchased plus the cost of electric recharges converted to the current petrol price. Continue to be very satisfied with this performance. Have covered over 13000 miles in 16 months and have only visited the petrol station on 16 occasions.

    When I took delivery of my NX 450h I was told that it's free for the first 4 years.

    Yes, used market is crazy across multiple dealerships. My daughter was looking to change and a pre-registered demonstrator across varying marques was proving to be more expensive than a new one partly because of financing charge percentages.
