  1. That's marketed as Hazel in the UK. The glove box lid should match if it's 24MY as far as I am aware.
  2. Apologies Harry. Have you tried clicking on vehicle status as this may give further information on what these alerts are referring to?
  3. If you open the app there are a number of symbols across the foot of the page. Click on the bell symbol and any notifications will be listed here. It could just be that the doors are unlocked etc.
  4. Refuelled for the 17th time today since taking delivery in March 22 and covering over 14000 miles. Overall consumption since the last fill is working out at 54.77mpg resulting from fuel purchased and the cost of electrical recharges converted to the current cost of E10 petrol. Very satisfactory and more economical than my previous NX300 which averaged c41 mpg. The overall consumption since taking delivery and using the above method of calculation is 49.93mpg.
  5. That's a ridiculous reduction in price. Have you tried Motorway or WBAC as that should give you a better idea.
  6. Way back in January 22 my NX450H took just under 2 weeks from Portbury to Edinburgh via Derby. Dealer held it until March for latest registration purposes. So 2-3 weeks should get you behind the wheel unless of course you have specified tow bar fitting etc which can delay despatch from Derby.
  7. Car booked in for recall however there is a 4 week wait for parts so having to wait until 3 October! This, I believe, has been a known issue on the Australian market since July so why oh why didn't Lexus UK order parts then so that the UK recall could be done swiftly?
  8. Switched from the old app to the new Link+ version last week. All was working OK but not now! Doesn't recognise the car. Lexus need to get this sorted as it's far from robust and not a great reflection on the brand.
  9. Just checked via the recall checker and my car is involved! Will be phoning the dealer tomorrow as overnight temperatures here are already dipping towards single figures!
  10. Just checked my VIN and it's build number 2228 so not sure if mine will be affected. Certainly haven't received any notification I was expecting the recall to be about the exterior door handles in advance of winter temperatures!
  11. I still reckon that when starting a journey on a full battery the rate of depletion over the first 50% of charge is much slower than when the battery charge level falls below 50%. I recently covered a 52 mile journey (26 miles each way) and the outward journey only "consumed" 24 miles of battery power whilst the return journey using exactly the same route demanded the remaining 28 miles of available charge plus 4 miles using the ICE. I appreciate road conditions will affect performance but this observation is consistent over many journeys.
  12. A further new high tonight with a predicted range of 56.1/55.5 showing. Actual from yesterday's 54.9 was 46.5 including about 12 miles of motorway driving.
  13. I think it will only recognise 22 and onward model year vehicles.
  14. Latest reports are that production is back to normal levels again.
  15. Tonight's recharge 56/54.9 showing a further with aircon predicted mileage increase. Is this the peak??? Will report further tomorrow.
  16. I got a similar message onscreen in my NX450h on Saturday but nothing has reappeared since. Also got a message saying that a software update hasn't been able to be completed? Checked and there are no current software updates! All very confusing!
  17. Not good news this morning for those awaiting orders. BBC News - Toyota halts all Japan assembly plants due to glitch https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-66643936
  18. And it just keeps getting better......, Tonight's charge showing a predicted 56/54.3. Mileage now at 14400 after 17 months of ownership. Only been to a petrol station 16 times!
  19. Definitely a more usable space in the 450h compared with my previous 300h. That said I much preferred the parcel shelf in the old car rather than the flimsy folding frame you get now!
  20. I find that I get 3.3/3.4miles/kWh in summer and 2.5/2.6miles/kWh over winter, regularly resetting the indicator.
  21. Happy motoring! It is indeed a great car. I have now covered 14000 miles in mine. Hazel interior and moon roof combo helps keeps the interior light.
