    I have these fitted on my 450h and they definitely help to reduce the spray on the tailgate. Had them on my previous NX300h also. Both came as part of the protection pack.

    What interior did you order and what did you get??? What is the dealer saying? It is disappointing to say the least but I am sure that the pleasure you will get from the car will eventually outweigh this initial setback. Enjoy your new car.

    I too was switching from a 300h to a 450h. Did the transaction over the phone with a vehicle description as 8 was transferring a private reg number. Didn't have any issue but as long as you have now got this sorted then that's all that matters. Incidentally has your premium risen by much?

    I took delivery of my 450h in March 2022 and Aviva recognised it then with no mention of the plus pack being an add on???

    I insured my 450h premium plus pack through Aviva and they recognised the spec.

    I had connectivity problems between my Huawei and my previous NX300 so it may be a phone issue.

    From memory if you turn the power button on, switch the left hand mirror button on and shift the the car into reverse you can now adjust the left hand mirror to the desired position. Once you have completed this put the car into drive and the mirror should resume its usual position. Then go back into reverse and the mirror should shift to the position you set.

    Hi Ron Have only come across the terms of Major (every 20000 miles) and Intermediate services (every 10000 miles) but they have possibly changed terminology. You will have the benefit of the Relax warranty. I agree the customer care at Lexus Edinburgh is exemplary.

    Yes it's pretty widespread and I hear of 19 month waits for some Audi models to be delivered.

    I guess that's the downside of buying a brand new model! Dealer has been superb though and therefore doing their bit in letting me keep the faith!

    Have now had to reinstall the app 7 times! It doesn't recognise the car after each recharge and its missing journeys. Wish I had stayed with the original version!!

    Tonight's recharge and the non aircon prediction continues to rise and now at 56.6. The with aircon figure up on yesterday's at 54.3. Actual was a slightly disappointing 44 from the previous predicted 53.7 however aircon was working overtime in the current heatwave!

    Rising number continues with regard to non aircon prediction now showing 56.5. With aircon its at 53.7 which is slightly ahead of last nights figure but down on the highpoint.

    Keep with the old app. It wasn't perfect but better than this new version. 3 times I have had to remove the app and reinstall.

    Looks fab! The fuel gauge on my 450h shows 100% for up to 90 miles before dropping one segment. It doesn't drop to 75% until c150 miles but appears to reduce further far quicker after this point! Indicating empty, there still tends to be c2 gallons remaining.

    Non aircon prediction still creeping up after tonight's recharge indicating 56.3 which is a best ever. With aircon down however to 53.5. Actual from yesterday's predicted 54.5 a rather disappointing 42.

    Tonight's recharge predicting 56.2/54.5 which is a new high for "non aircon" and slightly down for "without aircon".
