    Another slight increase after the latest overnight charge with a predicted 48.5/43.7. Actual remains at high 30's.

    Bit of a mystery but left the car connected overnight with plug unlocked and have received a full charge!! Link app kept sending messages that cable was unplugged!!

    Thanks for your responses Colin and Alan. Have tried both cables and neither work so fault must be with the car. This has only developed since the Link App ceased working so there is possibly a software issue???

    Has anybody experienced the charging plug not "locking in" when inserted into the charging port on the car? I have had this issue today and therefore unable to charge the car. If you have had this problem and have a remedy I would be pleased to hear from you!

    Overnight charge indicating another slight increase at 48.3/43. Actual remains in the high 30's.

    I got an average of just over 41mpg on my previous NX300h but now achieving over 70mpg in my NX450h+. This figure arrived at by converting the electrical recharge costs into the equivalent petrol prices. Viewing the LBX tomorrow. Pics certainly look interesting.

    I've had an issue with Lexus Link today. Started the car as normal but the screen requested I choose a language. Duly followed the instruction then asked if I wished to link to the app? Gives a QR code but then the screen just hangs. If you reject the link the screen behaves as normal until you stop and start the car again and the whole exercise needs to start again. Strangely the car didn't charge as scheduled last night and some of the vehicle customisation settings for locking and HUD have been altered. Car continues to communicate with the app as before. Have tried deleting and reinstalling Lexus Link + but to no avail. Any suggestions???

    Mileage now over 17000 so time to refuel. Total consumption since the last refill has worked out at a very satisfactory 73.66mpg. This is arrived at via actual petrol purchased plus the cost of electrical recharges (power cost converted to latest price per gall of E10). Power is supplied on the Octopus Go tariff of off-peak charging. Using a standard tariff the result would be 49.26. Certainly proving to be more economical fuel wise than my previous NX300h.

    Latest overnight charge giving a predicted 48.1/41.8. Unseasonal temperatures yesterday helped to lift the actual to the high 30's.

    Milder temperature overnight appears to have helped the prediction levels of "with aircon" - latest charge showing 48/41.3.

    Fourteen months is excessive and clearly dealer communication hasn't been great but take comfort from the fact that its a great car. Happy motoring!

    Had this issue when I had the NX300. Only ever happened during heavy rain but it appeared to cure itself quickly.

    I've looked at and driven the UX. Very impressed but agree with you Ronnie I'm terms of the rear seat space. My main concern was lack of boot space but other than that it's a car to be considered in the future.

    Also good to see that the total range correlates with the battery and fuel combined. My app gives a total considerably less than the combined range!

    I have had my NX450h for 21 months on a 36 month deal and Lexus finance has been in contact with me to change/upgrade. Will give it some thought although interest rates at present make it less attractive.

    Overnight charge result showing a slight decrease on without aircon at 48.2 but an increase on with aircon to 41.9. Actual yesterday was 31.9 on the predicted 40.7.

    Overnight charge and the predicted mileage holding at the previous level of 49/40.7. Is this the low point.........? Actual is struggling to hit 30😩
