    Whatever BG did remotely Malcolm it appears to have cured the issue however the indicator lights on the wallbox now don't follow the previous sequence (blue flashing indicating charger waiting etc). Have been promised a call from the BG engineers planning team but clearly they are not in a hurry!

    Another reduction to report but not surprising as overnight temperatures plunged to around minus 6. Prediction of 46.7/38.8. Actual yesterday was 27.

    Biggest test so far with overnight temperature of minus 6 but doors opened without an issue so the revised handles do work! That said I was charging the car and couldn't get the charge port flap to close due to a build up of ice!!!😨😫😱

    Have been watching the BBC2 series "Robson Green's Weekend Escapes" and pleased to see that he obviously has great taste in cars as he has a NX450h+ Takumi! It features prominently and I can recommend the series which has a 6.30pm slot daily.

    Latest overnight charge and the "with aircon" prediction has slipped below 40 for the first time this winter with an indicated 47.1/39.6.

    On the few occasions that I have used the Lexus satnav it has actually been OK. Only once did it direct me in a rather strange route and it has never failed to recognise an address.

    Mine has been showing "status unknown " for the last few days! Reckon it must be a Lexus server issue. Countdown to next service also hasn't moved for over 2 weeks!

    Wow that's not great. If you see my earlier post under this thread my four years with a NX 300h resulted in an overall consumption of 40mpg+. Best ever was 46mpg and worst 30mpg between refuelling. The dashboard indicator wasnt all that accurate and my figures came from brim to brim fill ups. Are you always driving in Sport mode? I rarely used this and switched between Normal and Eco.

    Overnight charge predicting 47.8/40.2 this morning so overall still incrementally reducing. Actual yesterday was still c30 miles.

    Another similar prediction to the previous with the overnight charge showing 47.8/40.6. Yesterday's predicted 41 resulted in the ICE cutting in after 27.7miles with 3 miles still indicated in EV mode.

    Local test drives are now being offered throughout the coming weeks. Check with your dealer as to when they will have the car on site.

    I get this message after each time that I use the remote climate facility on the app. (There is another thread on the forum regarding this). It's very annoying as each time I basically have to delete the app and start again. Had to do this again yesterday and whilst I am no longer getting the message the journey history is showing only one of the seven journeys made today. Fix one thing and another goes which is totally unsatisfactory.

    Another overnight charge and a further drop in with aircon. Prediction is 47.6/40.9. Previous indication was 41.4 but in yesterday's plunging temperatures I only managed a miserable 25 miles before the ICE cut in.

    Other than the already mentioned seat belt buckle being "twisted " I haven't heard any random rattles/creaks and car now at 17k + miles.

    Thanks for this but unfortunately that has been eliminated and isn't the problem. Awaiting the BG planning team giving me a date for an engineers visit however the cable locked in again last night but the indicator light on the wallbox now goes from green (when the cable plugs in) to showing nothing. Previously the light would flash blue (when waiting for the scheduled charging time) to constant blue when charging.

    I was convinced that there was no warning sound from my 450h but have been informed that there is a low volume "hum" when manoeuvring or travelling at low speed.

    Both great cars. I m on my second NX and delighted overall. The current NX is a huge advance on the previous model but that said the NX300 is still a fantastic car. Given its a second car and bootspace isn't a priority I would go for a UX. Have driven a few either as demonstrator test drives (incl the UX 300e) or courtesy cars when the NX has been in for service and have been impressed. If its a brand new car you are seeking then perhaps holding off for a bit may be useful as I believe a refreshed range under the collective title of UX300 is imminent.

    Another reduction in the predicted range with today's early morning charge indicating 47.6/41.4.

    You will need to request this from your dealer as its not a general recall issue as far as I am aware. Heavy frost here this morning and I had no problem opening the doors whereas last year in similar conditions it wasn't easy!

    Used remote climate today and guess what....got the message minutes later that the car can't load my driver profile! When I try to enter my password to sync with the app the screen just hangs! A great car being ruined by dreadful app software! If anyone else has experienced this please advise a fix!

    The revised filler flap mechanism has been successful thus far (as have the upgraded door handles to address the frozen doors issue).
