Just to add, this is exactly the reason I bought my ISF, we are very close to the point where these cars do not exist anymore, so want to enjoy it whilst we still can!!!

its still possible to produce V8's that will meet current and future legislation, (China 6 is a sticky point, given that it is the biggest car market in the world) but what has changed is the demand for them, unless developing an engine collectively with other manufacturers it's not worth the development costs for such a small number of cars

for me the body is scrap, a rebodied ISF is never gonna be worth much, so if the savage price was right I would build it into something that is not already available, ie an ISF convertible

I drive an 08 so has the eDiff rather than a mechanical LSD, I have owned a lot of performance cars over the years and personally believe the LSDs are hype and you will only notice negligible gains on track, on the road the eDiff just feels like a LSD, it doesn't just spin the inside wheel like it does on a typical open diff and will leave fat 11's the length of you street if thats your thing. good luck on your search

The first prototype has arrived and looks very good, needs a couple of tweaks prior to actual production the throttle body end is a little too tight for comfort and we had a little miscommunication around the oil breather stubs, so these are likely to change to aluminium.

if going option 2 and you don't currently have an aftermarket elbow speak to Paul @ https://roosemotorsport.co.uk I have used Roose in the past when I owned a Cosworth and the quality is super, they are reinforced to prevent them collapsing under suction, I have had problems with this when using Samco etc, so were my go to guys for developing a solution for our cars. I believe they will be £95 so around half the price of the HPS ones once you have factored in shipping and taxes from the US and available in loads of colours. Will update with a new thread with pictures for anyone that might be interested once it turns up.

UPDATE, Roose motorsport have finished the tooling for the Silicon Elbow, so that should arrive soon. Having a little bit of trouble with the MAF housing, ordered two now and both are the wrong size (however, might get away with re-boring the larger one, so will take it in to work and see

well what a complete ball ache that is changing them!!! on the positive side it meant I could take the airbag out and measure the MAF housing to establish that I have now ordered the wrong housing for the second time
