In that case you have the perfect excuse to go and stock up with more! Seriously, just pack a bag and go. No plans, no worries about what'll happen with Brexit, just go, be spontaneous.
-
Why? Life is too short. What will happen will happen and it won't affect my travelling one little bit. Get in the car and go enjoy!

Given that P0A93 is already an OBD code I don't think your OBD reader will give you much more than it already has. It's an electric pump so you'll need a multimeter at the very least to do any diagnostics. Cheapo ones can be had for under a tenner but it's worth spending a bit more. I've got one of these and it's excellent - very accurate and very versatile.

The first few minutes feel strange being on 'our' side of the road again but after that it's like you've never been away. It's approximately 320 miles from Dover to home and after the first 10 you're back in UK habits. We don't often bring beer back with us as it's too bulky but if we happen to discover a really special one, we do bring some back. Many moons ago we were on the outward journey of our holidays and had a beer in Germany that we both thought was excellent, so before moving on the next day I got a 12-pack and put it in the boot. After another three weeks and maybe 3,500 miles travelling, it was only when we got home and I was unpacking the car that I discovered I'd picked up the alcohol-free version!! This is what our car usually looks like when it's coming home (this just happens to be our old Nissan Maxima QX SE+ which is very LS400ish). My wife's mobility scooter is also in the boot buried under that lot somewhere! And the final photo is our booty

They're not bad actually. I had my 402G for over two years before accidentally sitting on it and yes, it did break easily then! The worst thing about Nextbase cams is that they're big and if using a suction cup to mount it then it dangles down a fair way into the passenger's view and it's also visible from outside, which is what made me decide on the Viofo A119S as the successor to the Nextbase - very unobtrusive and can't be seen easily from outside:

My 2013 RX450h shows four individual pressures - but not which wheel they relate to!

Oh well, sorry Arry. You can actually buy a block of time to access the workshop manuals on the Lexus website here https://www.lexus-tech.eu/default.aspx I can't remember the exact pricing but something like £3 for an hour, £7 for half a day, going right up to over two grand for a full year. Good luck in sorting it out.

Nor would the OP's insurance company if he's involved in an accident.

Parking Sensor RX300
Herbie replied to Antique's topic in RX 300 / RX 350h / RX 400h / RX 200t / RX 450h+ / RX 500h Club
Front parking sensors were never a factory fit on the RX300 and 400h, but were a dealer option. As such I don't think there'll be a wiring diagram or anything in the workshop manual for them. The windscreen deicer wiring and the brake fluid level switch wiring are together in the same harness so he may well be on to something there. Good luck -
Just had another thought. The switch is just on/off isn't it, with no provision for switching the seat cushion and seat back heaters independently? If the switch is faulty and passing power when it shouldn't, then you may also have a faulty cushion heater as well, or both cushion and back would be hot, not just the back. I'll try to get the wiring diagram up for you later. EDIT - here you go:

Hello Jonathan and welcome to the club. Good luck in your hunt for an RCF and remember that we need to see photos when you get it

Tyre warning light

I may be wrong but I don't think it tells you about anything other than pressures so the only thing I can think of is, are the pressures all exactly the same? It may be detecting a slight imbalance and complaining that they aren't all equal, even though there's no drastic pressure loss? Does it indicate a low battery in one or more sensors maybe? I'm only guessing - anything in the book? -
No worries Arry. You'll find lots of very helpful people on here but you'd be amazed at how many people ask for help (especially electrical help) but who don't have the necessary tools or test gear to do anything anyway. 2015 was they year Lexus introduced the series 4 model and if you have one of those this may or may not help you as these are the instructions for the series 3 cars:
-
Left, Right, Up, and Down adjustment for either halogen or LED bulbs.

Buying a used RX400h

Happy new car Jason - we need pictures or it didn't happen The Bay of Fleas is good for parts (with the usual caveats, of course), along with Rock Auto in the USA, and some people have used Alibaba successfully, along with places like Euro Car Parts and other local motor factors. -
Dashcam install.

Imagine that you buy a car from Dealer A and as part of the sale, Dealer A gives you a warranty from Honest Fred's Warranty Services, which you duly sign and off you go. If something goes wrong, you then contact Honest Fred to claim on the warranty and the claim is rejected. You feel wronged but can't do anything. I think what John is saying (and I apologise if I've got this wrong John) is that the 'warranty' from Honest Fred means nothing and the paper it's written on can be used to line the gerbil's cage because you should go back to Dealer A, who shouldn't have given you Honest Fred's warranty in the first place, to get things sorted. Is that correct John or have I, as usual, got it completely wrong? -
Easy answer - no. I know because within about three days of driving away from the dealer after buying the car, I got a puncture so close to the sidewall that it (an almost brand new tyre) had to be replaced and no sensors were changed but the system still works as it should.

I'm confused - your post is headed "Tailgate Motor" which, to me, means the motor that opens/closes the tailgate but then you say "I think the original motor is fairly basic; you press the switch, the lock releases and you manually lift the tailgate." which would suggest that your car doesn't have a power tailgate and you're talking of the locking/latching mechanism?
-
Well I'm sorry John but I don't agree with any of that and I think you're not giving the motoring public enough credit - or me, for that matter, when you say "Then you have probably not noticed, or thought to notice" There is no doubt whatsoever that some drivers do as you say but out of the hundreds of thousands, possibly even millions of cars out there with DRLs, I'll bet there's one percent or less who use them incorrectly. What are you actually saying - that you would do away with DRLs altogether?
