    Basically as per title? Any one is using one of the above? I want to get one, just for simple maintenance of the car, programme TPMS if needs be etc. I can't decide which one is better or better for my needs? I think with Carista I only have 1 month free and then I need to pay for a license or something like that which I would rather avoid and it seems like nothing to pay for Autel? Anyway, any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

    So did I @Arnett, I had it on my wish list for at least 6 months (Amazon) but could not force myself to pay £200! Then the price dropped to under £140 (thanks to @ColinBarber link), I couldn't resist not to get it! I am glad I went for it, otherwise I wouldn't have piece in my head! lol! 🙂

    Sounds great and lots of snow man! It doesn't look like you have winter or even all season tyres, how did the car behave on snow? 😉

    That is what I do John but it takes time to find another and would be simpler to stay with your provider. Funny thing is that if you are a new customer you get better price with the same provider. Anyway, nothing is going to change. I always search for a better deal.

    John, I never heard of 1st central Legal. Increasing your excess and yearly premium that's what they do to a existing customers and just car insurance, mobile phone providers, internet providers etc and that happens even you are on a contract! Kind of 1 way contract, you can't change anything (or you par for it) but they can and you still pay for it! 🙂 This is ridiculous that it is allowed in UK!

    And this is not right, it is not like an accident, they knew what and why they were doing it. Police should find out how many houses and addresses these scumbags robed and compensate the owners before they go to jail, they must go to jail!

    Good job! Well done police! Now we need more reports like that so make us feel safer! These three guys seems awfully young to do it professionally but here you go. Just wondering if they will be penalised before they go to jail, if they go to jail.

    Agree with John, very nice and useful report that covered everything, almost. How is your fuel consumption and until what speed you can run EV mode?

    That's a good point, they should do a refund for most drivers!

    Don't exhaust needs to be removed to do this job, just to make sure they do a good weld on the top of the exhaust?

    Rain X is good but it only works at higher speeds (40mph and above) , like motorway speeds. In town, I didn't notice it does anything.

    Can't comment Dave, he was buying them cheap but not sure if they were cheap because they are used Premium Tyres or used and budget tyres. I do not see logic in it as I think this is your and your family safety. I think I could go used tire but only as a temporary solution, like until I get a proper tire delivered and then fitted.

    Can you leave a hybrid to run for 45 minutes?! I thought it would cut off eventually once the battery is full and will go into electric mode.

    Probably this is what I have John, what I understood is that you can manually switch on or direct ventilation onto the rear window. I checked handbook too John and couldn't find anything like that i.e manual air redirection.

    Is there a ventilation for the rear window?! I know of course about the heating, need to check regards ventilation.

    You are lucky to have windows like that! We moved a year ago into new build house by Persimmon and sound proofing is non existence, I can hear people talking outside, hell, I can hear dog owners telling their dogs "common boy", it seems like there is no standard on sound insulation in UK, very disappointed with the quality of newly built houses.

    I am just wondering what can you use as a cutter to remove these cats so quickly and quietly? A grinder? These ones are all so noisy!

    This is shocking! Even the snow didn't stop them! Your light, your CCTV didn't stop them! What will then?! They drive BMW 1 series, is anyone else from your neighbours have a camera so the number plate can be seen? This is one thing that stops me to buy a CCTV, when it's dark you still can't see faces or even the car's number plate. Did you take that footage to the police?
