returned an average fuel consumption, measured brim to brim at fill ups, of 50.9mpg.
Is that without recharging with electricity?

I assume there must be some kind of other software to update which improves general software bugs etc.

Good evening, I have a UX without navigation so I'm not sure if there are any updates from Toyota/Lexus website that I can download and update my car? Any other software I can update besides the navigation?

My first year of ownership and 10000 miles has resulted in an overall fuel consumption figure of 48.69mpg. This is calculated via petrol consumption and cost of electric recharges converted into the ruling petrol price.
Did you charge the Battery religiously or have you driven the car with an empty Battery as well?

I don't have this setting, you must have the mk2 model.

Good morning everyone! Took delivery of a used '22 UX and just found out that the tailgate (boot door) is not powered. The car was bought online without seeing it first. Missus likes this feature a lot on our NX when going shopping as she can open the tailgate with a keyfob when approaching the car with her hands full. Sadly, the keyfob has no button for opening a tailgate and there are no buttons on the tailgate as well. Has anybody tried retrofitting this feature? How much pain are we looking at? Cheers

We'll be receiving a used '22 UX in few days. What should we do first in terms of settings, adjustments, accessories, whatever...?

It's silver. It's a used test vehicle so I had little choice on colour.
Spec is a Style/Amazing edition for the German market. Heated seats and steering wheel for example.
I agree, for an old lad like me it's the perfect car 🙂

Thanks, Ian! I'm getting 2022 next week (mk1) so I don't think they'd change that. Funny how they decide to save some money and have back passengers step in puddles 😅 Would not expect that from a luxury brand.

So we have one owner saying all four doors have puddle lights and one saying only two doors 😀 Can we have a third, deciding verdict please?

Do all four doors have puddle lights?

Ive been looking to install some puddle lights on the UX with either the Lexus logo or F-Sport but struggling to find any on ebay or Aliexpress that are specific to the UX fitment. Many appear to state they are for the IS.
Has anyone fitted anything that they would recommend and be able to provide a link?
Hi Scott, did you sort this out? I'm looking for UX puddle lights as well. Do IS puddle lights fit UX?

Search for Lexus logo ghost lights.
Thanks Herbie. Is this mod hard to do on UX? I tried searching the forum but haven't found anything. Looking at eBay and aliexpress it's overwhelming 😊

I manually fold the windows when leaving the car.
By "manually" you mean you step out of the car and phisically push the mirrors in by hand?

Like Gordon says above if you had the lexus link app connected it will show the location of the car.
Will it show the location even if my UX trim doesn't include navi?

Thank you, legend!

Good evening everyone, I'm trying to buy a used Lexus from Germany and want to check which trim/specs it has. It used to be possible to enter a VIN number to a website that escaped my mind but I can't find it anywhere. Can you help?
-
Didn't know about this mode... Just to make it clear, you don't have to use it, right? If you don't use it, the 450h+ behaves like a normal 350h, correct?
-
That's fantastic. I've heard not long time ago that Lexus is unique in this as other manufacturers' hybrid systems don't work like this. For example Evoque plug-in hybrid, if you don't charge it, the car won't charge itself. It will use only the petrol engine to the detriment of the fuel consumption.
-
I'm sure it has been asked and answered plenty of times before but... If 450h+ is never charged, does the system behave like a normal hybrid in 350h? You can just drive it like a normal Lexus hybrid and the consumption will not sky rocket?

I changed mine with the Carista app.
UX Puddle Lights
in Lexus UX250h / UX300h / UX300e Club

I bought mine on Aliexpress as well but they came without the connection wires so the existing built-in connection plugs don't fit the new puddle lights. Where can I get only the connection wires?
