Japanese culture and ethos is all about small incremental change/ improvement, hence making some of the most reliable cars and platforms. It's a shame tbh as their slow incremental isn't inline with large car buying nations, we want the latest and greatest now! 😝

Just looked at the AT advert, if that is anyone on here (dont think so), take better pics... my god. I recognise the car because of the front lip and the plate, I have a sneaky suspicion we've discussed it on the forum before, unsure if it was the dodgy one or not (some searching maybe confirm or deny that) Price wise, there was the other blue one also previously discussed on here within the past week or two, less miles, looked in better condition and was priced the same if not cheaper. For 60k miles private sale, I would say it is a smidge overpriced. Will have a looky through old posts and see what comes up. Would advise anyone that is interested to do the same.

It does list GS in its compatible models, but I will pop them a message to double check when I get round to it and have funds to purchase it!

Both have disappeared from autotrader, blue one yesterday and orange today. I'd imagine the blue has most definitely been sold, maybe the orange's advert expired 😆

The Pilot SS the car came with were awful for it, primarily the fronts 'crabbing' when doing small lock to lock maneuvers etc, PS4S were better but I drove my Abarth to work in the winter with all seasons on as the roads I drove were not friendly to RWD summer tyre cars haha!

@Arnett I guess in terms of the '4 tiers' it is like the current tiers of F-Sport, Premier, Luxury and Takumi - if the tiers mentioned are the only tiers for 'F' then I'm fine with it, but my worry would be e.g. F Sport Handling + Premier + tech and safety pack or convenience pack. Getting awfully similar to other car brands and it becomes a money grab - this just doesn't feel remotely Lexus. Mat Watson on car wow had an interesting remark regarding the new RS3, the interior vents could come with accented colours and there was an internal despute in Audi that it 'ruined design language' but 'was something they could sell as an option' - that is what worries me. And enourmous fear that because the current IS500 F Sport Performance didn't make it into Europe, other cars of the same marque won't and that would give us know hope of the F coming either! 😬

If we go from options of ML and/ or sunroof to would you like pack a/b/c/d/e for this and pack a/b/c/d/e for this etc like German manufacturers it would really kill my enthusiasm. I loved the simplicity of everything was standard and you had 2 options (aside colour). People are amazed all the kit came with it. I can understand more day to day cars having these option packs, and the Mrs did enjoy picking her NX options but the F was the 'everything' option to me. I guess because I really do enjoy the Lexus brand, I'm likely to be intrigued and hold out hope it won't be a disaster, I do concur @B1RMA I love that a select few know what an RC F/ GS F is, I would be quite miffed if my interest was pushed out from Lexus and I had to get 'what everyone else is driving' - probs sound like a snob but I enjoy non-mainstream cars.

The blue is such a striking colour, not that the orange isnt. Not a fan of the black interior though, but I am mega bias on the red 😛
