    It shouldn’t bother them, @V8ORBUST Only the screen it’s getting changed, everything else stays with the car (the Mark&Levinson system, satnav, etc). You can swirch to the OEM factory system in parallel at a touch of a button

    @The Bodyman, yes, it is touch screen and Lexus controls work as well, including trackpad. You can also connect and external Bluetooth computer mouse to the system, I tried it and it works pretty well.

    Hi, guys. Today I installed an Android Head unit in my Lexus RCF. It wasn’t easy, but all’s well after 6 hours of work. Everything works well. It’s the latest version Android 9.0 with 4GB RAM and a 64 GB hard disk. IMG_2702.MOV

    I owned Lexuses since 2011, 3 different ones. I drove hundreds of thousands of miles in them and I never needed to use the warranty. That’s why extended warranty looks like a waste of money to me. 🤤

    A while ago, one of the members posted a thread with this topic and there where a couple of people who had swapped the OEM unit with an Android one on their cars. I tried to find the thread but couldn’t What’s the feedback after some months of usage? Does it work well? Any changes regarding the music playback sound&quality?

    Done RCF Interim Service and MOT at Lexus Cheltenham and it was £275+£39. If you ask me, it’s the best dealership in the country. And not far away from yourself. I can in put a good word for you if you want. PM me @The Bodyman 😉

    Queuing outside a market or a shop was a part of our life during communism for nearly 50 years in Romania. In the 80’s we had food rationing: half a bread/day, 1kg of meat/week if we got lucky, 1l of milk per day only if you had kids, etc. Electricity was switched of at 8pm every day. It was terrible. I hope we are not going back to that globally

    I think cancelling any large gathering is just common sense right now. It’s disappointing, I know, but I reckon it’s for the best
