I wonder what the UK numbers of GS made vs IS must be a huge difference. I just love the look of the GS personally. -
I was told over the phone, I asked if they had any GS hybrid or otherwise in & was told no & the last they sold was 2-3 months ago but they a LS & GS F I guess they only just got them so not on the site yet. I did think it sounded cheap having only seen the from 35k onwards.

26K is about double my budget but I'm happy to reveal the dealer if anyone wants to know 😉

The guy at Lexus Hatfield said the other day that nobody wants to buy new engine cars at the moment due to the electric car roll-out. I was offered a GSF for 26k elsewhere though which I thought sounded good.

I see a GS300H Premier that was at Lexus Edgware road has risen about £500 over night 😕 despite been for sale for quite some time.

Sure last of the last in NA engines I guess. I need to source one quick too baby due soon & no transport, John Lewis wouldn't even sell us the seat combo until I could confirm what car I was getting. I guess so is all part of been different in life its never easy to find things quick, I never buy what the next guy has.

Thanks 🙂 Local Lexus Hatfield dealer said today that GS is like a unicorn 😆 and used cars stocks are low right across the entire range with prices rising.

Of course OP might prefer a standard auto gearbox rather than the CVT, I know I would 🙂 I'll be looking at one of these very soon too after my MK3 was written off following a incident last weekend on the M5 😞

Yeah more people would get to experience how good these are if it wasn't for the fact they have to buy German to keep up with the Joneses/Status.

Thanks for the video's it was nice to see a owner review of a GS for change not many of those about in the UK. I'm seeking a 450h or 300h as my next car keeping with Toyota.

I had the same error come up some months back but my indy was too busy to check it & in the meantime I fiddled with the other tyre button under the glove box (for changing tyre types snow/normal) and got it to clear HTH 😀 My conclusion was the other button just had a dry joint from where it had never been used.

I had mine go early last September paid £350 for a Denso part similar problem to those listed above all been good since but I do have a cig lighter volt meter so I can always check its working. My Indy said he could fit a aftermarket one for around £200.

Most I ever got on my GS300 was 42 mpg on he way to my best mans the day before my wedding, St Albans to Reading keeping to the limit.

Did most of these get parted out for the Supra engine over the years ?

I get both lights on the dials the vsc and the traction light and the wheels don't spin on gravel without doing this, maybe its a non hybrid thing or to do with the normal auto box ? It's in the manual too.

I paid about £50 for a unpainted case (main dealer) for my 5 series & £20 locally (3rd party) to have it painted.

Holding the traction button for about 5 secs permanently switches it off which is great fun in a dirt road ect. When it snowed last March I still had budget tyres on mine & it was fine with snow mode on much better than my E60.

They look ok to me but I prefer dim lighting or maybe as they improved some things on the 2007 model (sat nav screen rez) mine could be brighter.

All my interior lights are LED my mate reckons it could be a mod by the last owner or was this stock ?

Is the MK4 boot light still off to the right side rather than in the middle like on my now gone BMW E60 ? I swapped mine out to LED pretty soon after buying the car lol
