  1. Gutted!! Would have been good to catch up man. Me, Twellsie and Cezar went, left early as it was a bit quiet due to the weather, it filled up about half an hour later, 260 cars!! I put some pics on Instagram if you are on there @isf_dan
  2. Had an IS250 with standard stereo and the ISF with ML. The standard stereo wins hands down for the type of music I listen to. As you say ML has to be on high before it getsloud and it is very flat in my opinion. Only sounds good at about 45 or above which is very loud in the car. You need DSP on and you have to mess about with the tone controls a lot to get it right. The standard stereo in the IS250 was a lot better in my opinion and a lot more tunable.
  3. I never track mine but I do drive relatively hard on the roads at times. So far I am absolutely delighted. The ride is unbelievably smooth and the usual jarring you get with the ISF is long gone. In hard cornering it still rides flat and you still get great feedback albeit it is slifhtly more muted. Safe to say I will be bagging any future vehicles although I'll need a very good reason to get rid of this one first! I see Doug DeMuros (is it his?) LS400 has now done over a million miles stateside so if that is anything to go by I'm good with this for a while yet 😎
  4. Hi all, late notice I know but if anyone is in or around London tomorrow night, Sunday the 22nd September, there is a large car meet taking place in aid of Stand Up 2 Cancer (SU2C). It's an annual event which I attended last year and it was great. Great atmosphere and loads of awesome cars. There ended up being about 250 cars last time and there promises to be even more this time. It's Co-organised with a few of the larger London and South based car crews including Shuttergang, North London Meets and Head Turners UK, all of whom have some great cars that always attend. Was a great mix of modern, modified, concourse and classic last time and there were burger vans, sweets and ice creams, hot tea and coffee and a load more stalls. If you fancy it the event is in the large car park outside Halfords in Watford and cars will be arriving from about 6PM. Twellsie and Cezar B are both planning to attend along with me. Would be great to see a few other F's in attendance. Hope to see you there!
  5. It seems to be getting more sinister with every picture too!!
  6. If the answer to that question is "no" i'll eat any farmyard animal you want to choose. Live or dead 🤔
  7. +1 WTF?
  8. What the funk? 3rd time lucky!! 🙄
  9. Hi all, Another French-side buyer, an acquaintance through Instagram, is looking at a UK ISF. Anyone know anything about the car mentioned in the title bar? Thanks all, Dan.
  10. Pictures ASAP please! 🙏🙏
  11. My rear discs need replacing soon. Defo interested in the Twellsie specials 😎
  12. Hi Wayne. Only driven it on motorway back to mine at normal ride height and I have to say, its an unbelievably smooth ride considering its sitting a little lower than it was when I had it on Tein Springs. Feels like an S Class Merc. I'm sure I'm going to lose a bit of stiffness in the corners, especially compared to yours which gets stiffer in the corners if I remember right? You can wind the shock lower and higher like you can with a coil but then you've got infinite adjustment between 0 and about 125PSI on all four corners. I've got 3 presets saved so far at 25PSI which is as low as you see in the pics, 75 which is a little lower than my old ride height and 100 of 110 (can't remember which) which is speed bump height. The more air you have in the stiffer the ride is, the less you have in the softer the ride is so if you want low and stiff you can wind the shock all the way down and still have a lot of air in the bellows but then you lose some of the drama in terms of a big drop when going from ride height to aired out. I'm no race driver so this was mainly a looks and comfort thing for me but at the speeds I typically reach it feels far more solid but just as composed my old set up. It's cool as f### in my opinion so that's my main box so and truly ticked 😎😎😎
  13. Apologies for keeping you all waiting! 😜 Haven't bothered with any ride height pics for now as they just look like it did before the install but here's a few aired out shots for you. Rides like a magic carpet. Unreal. Go out and buy this product right now 😎😎 She...... Low!!
  14. Looooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnngg!
  15. Got you back!! 😎
  16. Quick update. Not ready till Monday now. Boooooooo!
  17. Less than the stock struts but you do have the weight of the compressors and tank.
  18. Magic carpet all the way mate 😎😎
  19. Boot install almost complete, shocks going in today, lines going in tomorrow 😎
  20. You can hear it, as expected, but above 75mph its silent unless you give it all the beans. Taken the wife, dogs and mother in law to southern France 3 times and no complaints. You'll always get extra noise but it is in no way annoying or intrusive.
  21. Now then Wayne. Hope all is good with you. Yes mate, all good down here. Should get the car back on Friday or Monday so will post some updates as soon as I can. Can't wait!! 😎😎
  22. Hi mate. Might be selling a H&S cat back later this year. Not immediately though. Can you wait a while? Here is mine on the car way back when it had just been fitted;
