I have the app and it is on there and I have successfully used it on my 350h. open app and on screen 1 look for the propeller symbol just under picture of your vehicle ( my phone is an iphone). When you click the propeller symbol this takes you to heating & defrost. hope this helps.

I tried remote heating on my NX 350h this morning via the Lexus Link. Worked fine.

As promised here is an update. Lexus have declined to amend their stance and to be honest I am extremely disappointed with their customer service in this instance. However Lexus Bolton have been superb. They amended the deal, gave discount, gave more money for my trade in and all in made the deal attractive. As a result I take delivery of my vehicle on Monday. To sum it up, very poor show Lexus, excellent service from Lexus Bolton.

My 350h has arrived and at dealers. PX forecasr last December and is being honoured as well as original price in December 2021 of vehicle. The only problem at moment is issue around PCP percentages. 4.9% when ordered but now lexus want 7.9% giving apr of 9%.. my dealership in Bolton in dispute with them. They know if not sorted satisfactorily I will walk away. They have said they willl make me satisfied either way.

I not disagreeing with Escanor but responding to Al-de-much. I fully agree with what Escanor iterates. A further bit of info I gleaned is that Lexus are stating that they are not obliged to stand by the original price if delivery takes longer than 12 months. If this is correct then buyer beware. Luckily I dont fall in this category. I will let all know of the outcome. To be fair Bolton Lexus are trying their best and they promise a satisfactory outcome. We will see.

I could be wrong but a search shows Lexus financial services are owned by Toyota so dont think underwriters involved.

Had an interesting call from my local dealer today. My car ordered last year has arrived. However apparently Lexus finance is declining to honour the agreed apr of 4.9% due to recent increases in car costs etc. and have quoted over 9% now. Full credit to my dealership they have told me they will ensure I only pay the agreed costs and payments involved from my order date even if they have to give a vehicle discount to massage the figures. Lexus should not be putting dealerships in this situation. Very disappointed with Lexus who encouraged people to pre order and then now start to attempt to wriggle out of things offered at time of order.

Got a phone call from Lexus Bolton to say my car on the transporter and should be with them Monday/Tuesday. Happy days. Going to get them to do the G3 paintwork protection but think I going to use ALA for gap, wheel and tyre cover and minor dent cover. Its a lot cheaper and for a small extra price they will cover difference for any future price increases of new replacement vehicle rather than invoice price.

Just had a call from Lexus Bolton. My 350H is on the boatand should be at dealership around the 25th of this month. Happy days.

You also got to remember the engine is new and still tight and mpg should improve as time elapses.

Ordered my 350h f-sport end of November 2021. Told yesterday that it now in build with delivery expected end November 2022. also informed another price increase expected in October. Luckily this does not affect me.

Check to see if its your rear number plate vibrating. It was on my NX. Got lexus to add some extra sticky pads. Issue solved.

I presently own the f-sport.. i hated the yokohama tyres it was provided with and changed to michelin cross climate ones after 5000 miles. Now done 20000 miles and do not regret it one bit. Better ride, quieter and better grip.

18.3.22 -Lexus Bolton have a lovely 2017 rcf in the showroom. 22000 miles. I would have it if the wife allowed it.

6. I think if you pull the headlight stalk back (as though flashing) after switching off and before opening door - lights remain on for about 30 seconds.

Its completely normal. They function when cornering at slow speeds.

Ordered the F-SPORT today. Advised delivery date August 2022.

Just been to Lexus Bolton. Placed my order for the new NX f-sport with premium plus pack in Azure blue with Flare interior. Expected delivery date August 2022

Lexus Bolton had one in their showroom last week.

My f-sport was registered 31st december 2017 and was the upgrade model. Apple car play installed by dealer with no issues. Love it.

I think people will find it difficult to answer your queries as the NX350h is not even in showrooms yet and may not be so until January.
