Picked the RCF up on Saturday
Managed to get my brill ISF in the pictures as well, which will be greatly missed!!
I'm sure a few of you will recognise the dodgy character in the background
Many thanks to Paul @Big Rat for taking so much time out of his weekend to meet up a few week back & for his invaluable advice.
As far as the RCF goes - its bloody brilliant!!
Congratulations David, she looks fab. I’m loving my RCF and i’ll second the thanks for @Big Rat as well. Very much appreciated 😀👍

Guys, I loved my ISF and wouldn't have wanted to part with it without the change being for the right car. As you will know I nearly bought an RCF last October but thanks to much help on here a bad decision was avoided. I have been looking ever since, so when the RCF with the correct spec, mileage and history came up, I went to the dealer and a deal was done. In my opinion they gave me a very good price for mine. Like @Big Rat said, i don't think i would have got that privately and I only parted with the ISF secure in the knowledge that the deal for the RCF was done.

I was the same as @Flytvr, I wanted TVD due to only reading good things. I’ve only had the car for two weeks and the snow has limited me using it this weekend. I have used it with the TVD power disribution screen and it seems to be doing the right thing. It certainly corners much tighter than my ISF did, like it’s on rails. Can’t be sure that this is due to the TVD or just RCF in general though.

@Mark G, my ISF had DAB so pretty sure yours will have as it was a newer one than mine.

So far always used super in ISF and RCF. I seem to recall the dealer telling my that super was not needed in the ISF but i don't do massive miles and like @NemesisUK thought the additives would help the engine clean.

I saw the sales pics of your new car and it looks great. Nearly as blue as mine.

Hi Guys, after much help and valued input from @Big Rat, I’m picking up my RCF on Monday so will let you know what comments I hear once I’ve got her. Really looking forward to getting the RCF but also very sad to part with the ISF. Just cleaned her for the final run to the garage on Monday morning, will make sure its a good one. It is of course blue @Mark G 😀

Guys, so sorry I missed it. Was really hoping to get there for this one. I've been away on sea trials for longer than expected with very little (and in many cases) no communications back to shore. Hope the day went well and my apologies once again. Fingers crossed for the next :-)

@Jon_B Pleasure Jon kind of you to say as well, if you should find something in the future give me a nod and I’ll send you my search information locations.
In the mean time should you consider a GSF my mate has just taken delivery of a brand new one a few days ago.......
Big Rat
Wow that is stunning @Big Rat. Could be tempted with one of those.

The worrying thing chaps is that the thing is back in a main dealer......I'd pay to watch the dealer principals face as you hammered out a deal and then presented him with these pics....
That was the interesting thing. I had done a deal and I had paid a deposit subject to seeing it. So i called to say that i would be proceeding and obviously he asked and i explained why. To be fair he could have been more helpful, was very apologetic and deposit was back on my card in no time. You could hear the keyboard typing as i was on the phone so I'm sure it was being checked out.

LC-F, not that will be an interesting addition as and when it's finally launched.
Didn't think much of the LC500 to be honest. My F in current spec is faster and more nimble. The LC500 seemed really wide to me, always worrying about clipping other cars or being over the centre line on the road!
I'm sticking with my IS-F for a while, especially now I've forked out for a supercharger kit!
Glad you're sticking with your IS-F Jon.
Thanks Peter. I love the IS to be honest. Interested to hear more about yours with a supercharger :-)
