    I also have a dichotomy in that I would like to change my present IS for a new Lexus but am not inspired by the range on offer. I do not want an SUV as I prefer a saloon but there is nothing on offer from Lexus. Nothing wrong with my present IS, so probably will stay with it.

    I have managed to change the lane change indicator to 7 flashes which is a more practical. Hopefully Lexus Liverpool will increase the volume of the indicators for free during the annual service🤞

    Thank you Phil. My car is in for its annual service at Lexus Liverpool next week so I will ask them to do that for me.

    Is it possible to increase the sound of the indicators as it is not very loud. I cannot find anything in the hand book so presume this is not possible??

    Probably because Aviva only increased their profits by 9% and gave an 8% share dividend but still increased your premium double that amount! Yes, my premium increased but, to me, it was the best deal available.

    Last year £286 fully comp, this year £331 fully comp 10000 miles annual. Through Aviva Online. £40+ increase but other providers were quoting £550+ for same cover.

    Until very recently whenever I have started the car the heating/AC defaults to the previous settings. Now, however, when I start the previous settings are not recognised and I have to set up temperature/AC to my previous settings. I have read the manual, set up the controls and then entered the settings. Next time I start up, back to previous settings not being recognised. Am I doing something wrong, or is this indicative of a fault? All help welcomed

    Out of interest has anyone seen/test driven the new LBX? Im a bit far from my nearest Lexus dealer so would be interested in any observations.

    I had a non OEM windscreen fitted by Autoglass two years ago. Work was carried out at my home. No problems with the new screen, everything works as before and the quality of the work was excellent.

    Thank you for all the advice. I have just checked and noticed there is a yellow warning sticker on the back of the lights (cannot read the warning as the writing is very small and can only be viewed at an oblique angle) so I presume I have HID headlights.

    How do i find out if I have HID or LED headlights on my 2016 IS Advance? I cannot find anything in the Owners Manual

    I find the headlights on my 2016 IS300H are nowhere near as good as the ones I had on my 2008 SAAB 9-3 Ttid Aero.

    Like you I switched from SAAB 93 TTID Aero and agree the lights on the IS are a lot dimmer. Will watch this thread with interest.

    Interesting re service at a Toyota dealership. Yes, they can service the vehicle but cannot service the hybrid side of things. Guess its best to stick with a Lexus dealership for servicing.
