  1. Very much looking forward to a bit of footage, shame no red ones could make it! Be careful, those Welsh rozzers take no prisoners!
  2. I know what this is but won't give the game away, friend used to have one these a couple of years ago and was brilliant. I think they have dated though!
  3. Yea, when it's a warranty job the cost doesn't matter but the buggerance it causes does. I've found myself in a situation recently where i could upgrade from the ISF to something faster, more exotic but realistically, the ISF is already pretty unique at it's current level. If i was to buy something else like a new M5 i think i wouldn't enjoy it because I'd worry it would break. There are plenty on here that could afford something faster but the ISF is so reliable and still quick that it doesn't make sense to replace it. My GTR was super quick..... to the garage!
  4. 6x injectors in a year?? Can't claim to be surprised by the result. Threads like this make it hard to justify the extended warranties available.lol
  5. Lancia delta! BMW M2, they're going to hold value well! Nissan GTR, any skyline GTR actually (unmodified) Supra twin turbo (unmodified) Sierra Cosworth
  6. What's the car going to be used for????
  7. It was definitely a struggle but managed anyway, maybe even kept the rear end in check during those donuts!
  8. Those exhausts remind me of the main guns on the battleship Yamato!!!!
  9. I like to think of the ISF as the logical car of choice within its class. As engineers/tradesman tend to be well endowed in this area it kind of makes sense. I've managed to get the TIG with an argon bottle in the car no problem
  10. Unabused, enthusiast owned, loved and cared for motor for sale!!! In my defence it's red and does it on its own, i'm just a passenger
  11. I've got a track day on the 8th May. Dealership i bought mine from said it had and LSD fitted by the previous owner that they knew. I'm not convinced personally having done a few doughnuts in the car. Having had plenty of cars with them it doesnt feel like it does. That being said, i only notice because i drive like a knob sometimes. Normal driving makes no difference whatsoever We will see though.
  12. That looks like an impressive motor!! Since getting the ISF I've really started to appreciate the finer things in life!
  13. In my car if i press the start button once, to listen to the radio or something, i would then have to press the start button a further 2 times to switch everything off. If you just have radio on and press the button will put ignition on with dials and everything ready to start.
  14. I don't get to use my wife regularly but i wouldn't rather someone else got the pleasure instead! Bet she costs more than the car too
  15. Please don't sell, you will regret it. It's red too!! What could you realistically replace it with?
  16. Blue, blue, smells like poo!!!
  17. My car also has a DAB fitted (not that it works up here). My aerial is in the top pass side corner jammed behind the a-pillar trim, can only just see it
  18. My car has a factory fitted iPod unit that comes out in the glove box. I will check the wiring
  19. This is what I'm thinking myself. We had a look at the range rover Evoque but was £42000 with good spec, too much money to lose on a new car. Wife likes the little 4x4s at the moment. Might look at NX
  20. On a serious note, that reliability record is hard to argue with, very impressed. Hope Lexus make a fuss of it. I love the fact my 170mph car can take a beating all day long without worry, my wife's Suzuki is like that but don't think it goes quite that fast. Wife is after a new car actually, popping into Lexus Edinburgh on Friday morning, any tips?
  21. Now watch mine break down tomorrow............. thanks @emjay82
  22. Yea, the GSF appeals because it's a new car and it's got to be more luxurious than the ISF. RCF is cool but not sure on the styling to be honest. Had a look at one in Lexus Newcastle around a month ago and thought it didn't look as good in the flesh
  23. Really wanted a V8 and having had Jap cars all my life it seemed like the natural choice. I'm also a little wierd in so far as i need to be different, the ISF could of been the worst car in the world and i may well still of bought it. I drove the RS4, C63, M3 and found that they were all really good cars, problem was the image and how regularly you see them. After I drove them i knew it was an ISF for me!! Much to my relief, the ISF ain't too bad!!Lol. I had never considered Lexus before now, they are in all honesty, a little boring. For the first time in my life however I'm seriously considering staying with the brand. The RCF and GSF both really appeal to me along with the ISF, so much so, I'm looking for reasons to justify swapping the ISF for a GSF or RCF. There's something in my heart telling me that I'd regret it though....... There's just something special about the ISF
  24. When you typed 'waste of money' i thought you meant doing the modifying was a waste, that's the only reason i commented, apologies. Strangely enough I'm struggling to find an ivory seat is hard to find. I'll jump on the dark web to check. If you don't hear from me for a while assume MI6 have stolen me!!!!
