  2. @FlytvrYes it's very sad, my previous part ex offer still stands........ you know the barrow alone is hard to resist 😐
  3. @Warrington guy Ah well Dave us poor builder types will just have to satisfy ourselves with one of these, what colour for you matey........ http://dc.kyosho.com/en/banner/samurai-gs-f.html/ 🐀
  4. @Flytvr Yeah you know what we want we'res your lengthy write up update what's it like after a month........🤓 🐀
  5. @Warrington guy Just messing, that's going to be the difficulty for buyers as time goes on as the price points start to merge. 🐀
  6. @Warrington guy Here Dave Chester have got a White Rcf went on sale today £33k, 33k miles........ 😬 🐀
  7. @mike m Oi no you just behave 😂 🐀
  8. @Flytvr Yes getting something like this in writing..........good luck with that one ☝️ 🐀
  9. @Flytvr You could be right been laying lovely oak flooring today, they will have to pay handsomely 🤑 🐀
  10. @Flytvr For a wealthy guy like you that’s lunch.........😏 🐀
  11. I dispite what the warranty says find it somewhat strange the mixed messages from Lexus warranty and the dealers, I’ve lost count the number of ISF & RCF I’ve seen sold from main dealers with non standard systems. Even two with the secondary cats removed, I guess it’s buyer beware unless you have something in writing. 🐀
  12. @mrfunex Congratulations Stuart great choice IMO they have great presence. A good write up I’ve driven them many times and had it in my head it was for me some time in the future. I know you are going to enjoy 😊 Big Rat
  13. @ruutastic Andy as @Peter P18 suggestion if you go that route I’ve found two cars for you that may be suitable.........
  14. @ruutastic Hi Andy welcome to the forum, I have never heard of a car on here with an issue as described and many use there car to there full potential with some still being tracked with a100k plus miles, I'm sorry you have a problem now with yours. Whats the history of the car do you know her past I run a list of ISF'S that is now 80% complete of the cars that remain. Have you got the original reg number I'd be happy to look to see if the past use may help to make a decision for you as to whether to repair or not. Big Rat
  15. @Comedian @Flytvr Which if you have the pennies is why I suggested the Quicksilver route I fully accept that, depending which of the two routes one went with their systems have been presumably accepted by Lexus as on my RCF list two cars have been sold through the dealerships one definitely had the Quicksilver system still on it but I was unable to establish whether it was the cat back or switchable. Yes it's a lot of money the cat back is a straight forward bolt on and off unlike the cutting and sleeving you had on the IsF, so obviously you would have to establish with Lexus warranty first pressure issues with a cat back are nothing to be concerned, as long as all the cats are in place which of course they will be. 🐀
  16. @Jgtcracer Shame see if we can find out who it is ‘Come on own who are you’ ! Marcus I put the company face page link above who did the work, they/he doesn’t seem to have a website the work does look good and there is a short vid on the Facebook link of the car, curious as to the cost I’ll give them a ring in the week👍 🐀
  17. @Flytvr Budget ? https://quicksilverexhausts.store/collections/lexus/products/rc-f-inc-rc-f-carbon?variant=5868536257 Non valved version Lexus used these on the RCF at Goodwood, as well as the valved not cheap but if the car is keeper got to be worth exploring 😂 🐀
  18. @rayaans He isn't one of the better ' I'm a YouTube motoring juorno expert dude' etc etc........ still looking at all those 'tats' he's a dab hand with the crayon box 🙄 Big Rat
  19. @etienne1201 That's good news, do you get to see any other ISF's in France a fair few were sold there and on this spotted site they are about in numbers 👍 https://www.autogespot.com/lexus/is-f/spots/55 Big Rat
  20. @etienne1201 That would be great, you may be able to set yourself with a sideline of converting OEM systems 😂 🐀
  21. @etienne1201 Thanx for posting that, it does sound good, the frequently asked question on here is there much in the way of drone with the valve open at around the 80mph mark on motorways? 🐀
  22. @G10RRE I agree leaning that way my self, keep us posted if you make a decision 👍 🐀
  23. @etienne1201 Etienne you got any vid clips of your modified system on here ? Big Rat
  24. @G10RRE John it's something I'm thinking about myself at the moment and there is a fair bit of choice the usual Borla cat back type systems and of course H&S are popular. Now coincidentally I see your in Scotland and I haven't seen him on here for a while but @dr_rick on here has a valved system on his car fitted by the previous owner which looks like a work of art. It was fitted by this company in Edinburgh.......... https://en-gb.facebook.com/originfab/ Now I don't suppose it would come cheap quality never does but maybe worth looking into. And of course @etienne1201 above has valve customised his OEM system, I've just had my back boxes replaced to give a bit more bass vocals to it but I'm still in two minds. Big Rat
  25. @G10RRE Nice view out the back of your gaff there John, only spoilt by that piece of rusty exhaust bracketing, what our weather dies to our pride and joys, but welding will have that sorted and maybe an aftermarket system fitted in place if the OEM to put a smile back on your face 👍 Big Rat
