    @Comedian Yes it does seem expensive I know a little bit about this car it's 'X' Lexus registered + one private owner, I'm not sure if it was a fleet press magazine car or simply a management vehicle anyway the registration number is GY65 VJG, it was originally Brighton registered that's were pretty much all Lexus fleet cars start out the last owner was from the teeside area.     @Comedian I know what you mean about looks I was absolutely convinced it was a Gsf next time until I saw @Flytvr Carbon Davi has many things to answer ! and that is at the top of my list now along with dare I say one or two other colours. As regards engines yes that's the future make the most of the V8 atmospheric while we can. Big Rat

    @gb1600e Glynn colour choice well mine is a forgone conclusion! So here is a admittedly poor photograph of my old Cortina 1600E it's in Silver Fox no surprises there I know, it was a colour notorious for the paint parting company with the primer undercoat 🙄 Had her for about 18months from 1979 onwards they've always had a strong following one of my favourites alas the guy who bought it from me had it stolen and not found.     @The-Acre Phil that is very kind of you and I couldn’t agree more....... so it’s something I have done to a fine art there is a very nice chap on here called @Flytvr Now our Davi is a fine figure of a man tall dark handsome, on a Lexus trip away recently I was responsible for the accommodation so thought it amusing that he had the room with the 4’6” bed now I know he’s 6’ 4” but being a builder maths is not my strong point....... Well everyone else thought it was funny........ 🐀

    @Nutey Well I have never and I mean never seen such a long winded car ad, that must have taken someone a fortnight 😂 Anyway I remember the other car advertised had a Northern Irish connection don’t know what happened to it though. Well a full history is a full history but I’d want to check that aspect out fairly carefully, the Mot History is good. Big Rat
