I hope you carry a spare wheel or spacesaver ? No good having a run flat and tube of gunk when a tyres shredded in a pothole RAC have the necessaries to change the wheel sensibly BUT can’t get you a new tyre often on a Sunday, at night, Bank Holiday ……. then you really are STUCK ….. happened to my daughter in their Arbath ….. bit challenging 😥 Malc

China must be the only nation without a housing crisis ……. reading the crisis amongst the house builders, Evergrande etc is simply of their own making and under China State type accounting can never actually go bust ! I’ve been tempted this past year or so to buy another Import Ls400 or later model coz of the usual impeccable condition and very low miles BUT ……. ALWAYS it seems unable to get everything working sans Japanese hieroglyphics …… notwithstanding vendors promising ALL IN ENGLISH Malc

I don’t remember that far back, well not without difficulty …… My first Ls400 even before this amazing Forum was created ….. about 25yrs back But N4PRO my Saab was a great car and my Carlton F560HNK too …… over 200k miles the rest probably into oblivion Malc

I would maybe ask the RAC / AA whatever for guidance …… if you have the time then get the names of the directors of the miscreant parking company from Companies House and find some way to BLACKLIST them going forwards Malc

Spare wheel essential a bust tyre from a pothole isn’t reinflatable and can’t be fixed and RAC etc cover can’t get you going again with a tube of gunk …… neither when your tyre blowout happens with bad timing and no tyre place open to get anew …. I used to drive over much of Europe holidaying in my Ls400 from time to time and been pulled over by traffic police fascinated to “ explore” my car having never seen one before In France Spain and Italy …..specifically last driving holiday there in 2019 maybe 🤔 Malc it’s now rare to see a Ls430 here in the uk too
