    If you’re concerned for that colour match aspect alone then you should choose the best Bodyshop you can afford …… in the UK …….. the paint and painting alone, professionally, might cost you the best part of £1000 ……. paint is enormously expensive these days, maybe 50% of that cost AND the cost of a whole new part too of course …….. if that’s the way to go OR……. DIY and a can of local Motor Factor best colour match spray and save yourself a fortune Good luck Malc

I found parking up on the Main Dealer forecourt, presenting yourself ( walking stick in hand ), say late morning but before lunchtime, might generate some sense of empathy from the MD who will sit you down with a coffee and have a chat …… from which they will simply say YES 👏 Try it and see 👍 Malc they might say NO but empathy is on your side methinks !

    Sorry to confuse but with your mentioning the word rood I extrapolated the word perch and took it further with the old aged measuring formulae of roods perches and acres too complex …… sorry, my mind sometimes works in mysterious ways ……., that’s what comes from driving a Lexus Ls400 for a quarter century ……..     I don't know about your specific car parts but I have recently used " autodoc " well reknowned they say ........ and they supplied me a radiator for my Honda from Lithuania ok ... and in just 5 days at a brilliant price too Good luck Malc

    EVs today …….BREAKING NEWS ….. . just heard from a buddy that Toyota have decided to no longer provide EV cars development whatever They don’t perhaps see a sensible future until a new generation of lightweight batteries manifests NO DOUBT A GURU HERE WILL CHECK THIS ALL OUT 🤔 Malc
