    Tom hi. I would enjoy the UK and Ireland at this time driving around Europe could be fraught with troubles and anti tourist and anti British right now …… be safe. Take care Wales sounds a brilliant touring experience especially if one’s going up a Snowdon track or two 🤣🤞……. the fog and rain interspersed with sunshine will be brilliantly refreshing 👍😄 ENJOY Malc

    Be wary of placing another OVER an original in the boot space When I bought my Mk1 the owner had kindly done that BUT it had created wondrous condensation lingering under, and rusting scope on the spare wheel ……. not that modern Lexii have one these days …… but you get my warning drift 🤔 Malc

    Any others with a Mk1 and thinking about insurance renewal time ? Bearing in mind there's only said to be 40 left on our roads ! Mine's imminent, well 16th August and I'm seeing unchanged risk/circumstances and Fully Comp cover rising to £455 from £ 264 last year with Sterling Insce Other quotes coming in at @ £ 16/1700 with Chris Knott who I would trust I know Footman James won't insure me coz it's not garaged whatever Malc

    Gang hi, for once I almost concur with you 🤞 Planes and pilots,their drivers are very strictly controlled …… cyclists on the other hand have more or less freedom to wreak havoc where ‘ere they decide to ride I too have no wish to pop into that airport and onto that metal tube with 400 others packed in like sardines at the mercy of some technology or other ……. cycling neither Ancient Ls400 mode is good enough for me 🤣😂👍 Malc

    Thankfully my few helicopter trips have been absolutely wonderful amazing experiences in far off lands with gobsmacking scenery ……. 👍👍👍 My bicycling on the other hand has always been fraught with anxiety and trepidation and vows NEVER to do it again 🥵 My Lexus seems to fly along too 😇 Malc

    In olden times I remember one used one’s own contractor to instal a dropped kerb …… the Council now use their own contractors and one covers the cost ????? …… and someone’s profit profit profit 👍👍 Im guessing the Council still has to give the permission and controls everything to do with it and one pays their fixed fees with no negotiation ……. over that proverbial barrel so as to speak 🤣😂 It’s just what us car owners have to expect more of …… arbitrary decisions on increasing costs and controls on our motoring Lucky we’re wealthy Lexus drivers eh 😇 Malc

    Yes ............ you're nuts selling her, especially with the front Ball Joints having been done in 2021 ... is that so ? BUT at 15 years young who knows what's around the corner and especially as they can go on for stellar miles, nigh on 300k I'm hearing 👍 Pricewise I have absolutely zero idea but , Good Luck with whatever you decide going forward Malc
