Last summer when I was on holiday in Wales Ruthin way with terrible floods and Snowdonia bootiful scenery of course BUT the immense frustration of slow slow slower still absolutely everywhere with the ridiculous 20 mph speed limits Puts the mockers on any sort of a Sports Driving Meet surely ! Reading the new Welsh Premier is cancelling that 20 mph limit …… sometime ….. wish you well, nothing nicer to my mind than driving touring around beautiful countryside and majestic scenery …… especially if you haven’t got to drive off UK mainland Good luck with it all Malc

If you’re taking your car to the Main Dealer for servicing and MOT they could be “ touting “ for unnecessary business …….. maybe Do you get the car annually serviced by your Indy mechanic ? …… his buddy’s the Tester ? How’s it all working for you ? Malc

Why I personally, almost at the outset, asked this Forum for some guidance on how on earth we OAPs might focus our efforts on addressing this issue , it was kindly mentioned that AGE UK we’re holding this Petition knowing OAPs might have some mobility issues and physically unable to remonstrate over all this AND having a zero avenue, unlike Unions to take physical or even mental action and “ go on strike “. 😂🤣🤩 So AGE UK have this wonderful Petition which now stands at 317,973 👍👏👍👏 up about 1000 this past hour 👍 Malc

I remember reading that car parking spaces in general are likely to be the “ standard minimum” required by Planning Officers as those instigated in the 1930’s Mercedes and a few others overcame this issue with the Gullwing effect …….. megabucks eh ! 😄 owners of more spacious valuable cars with wide doors often just park sensibly away from the general hoipolioy if possible 😂🤣 or have a chauffeur to take care of the parking 🤞 Malc

At this Old Biys advancing years I’m finding getting up into an SUV slightly ( very ) challenging ……. Out is easy of course …….. and the dog ( alias the gf ) finds it similar too these days …….. If they made a Ls400 estate then that would be admirable …….. but why go backwards when they can leap forwards with silly electronic wizadry that’s always beneficial 🤣😂 Malc

The Mazda Estates i see around always look very smart and inviting .... always in orange or blue ........ but there's not that many ............ My personal experience of Mazda was a wonderful 1994 M reg 323f ,,,,,,,, wot an amazing car .......... reached 150k 8 years back before it floor rust expired ....... cost hardly a penny in untoward maintenance too 👍👋 I wouldn't hesitate to have a Mazda Estate if i wanted an estate for everyday use ..... .. SUVs just not for me Good luck with your decision making Malc -
